You’re gonna get one shotted by a mage
In that case, Change one item to antenna shield
To be honest the offensive build actually worked in mythic+ rank with one defence item. Dyrroth can one shot almost anyone. It's better to one shot enemy and run then prolonging the battle for enemy team to arrive. That's for solo queue. If you have friends then only two offensive items are enough.
