I really hope there is more to come in this farm / grocery subtheme. Considering it's such an essential aspect of city life Lego has ignored it far too long in my opinion. I could see a greenhouse set fit right in for example.
UK and Euro prices seem about right, the US price is way out. I'll probably get this, we might well see it reduced here in the UK anyway by some retailers and if it is sold for £20 that's a steal.
I think it should be a $25 set, but was expecting decent retail to be $30. I figured with 2022 prices Lego max would price it at $40. But $45? That's insanely over priced! Who can afford this as a gift for a kid? We always kept gifts at $30 or under.
I like when Lego implement easy modularity in their set, it's nice that they thought of that on the garden/farm part. Shame for the non-easily removable roof on the truck but with it being quite open on three sides, I can see why they didn't. About the price: 29,99€ (with vat) on the official french Lego shop, regular shops pretty often drop it by around 5€ pretty quick after release, so we should get it for 25€ with a tiny bit of patience.
Absolutely loving this farming/food production/grocery sub theme. I really hope we get more and more of this kind of stuff in the future - we’ve not gotten nearly enough over the years!
What’s cool is that the orange slopes in the trunk make it easy for the grocery store forklift to drive up and pick up crates. I really appreciate the system that the designers have gone with for this theme, I’m interested to see if the produce in the new cargo train works the same way
Great review, Jang. It is a great little set. I agree with you on pricing. It's $60 Canadian, but it seems more like a $45 buy. The most it would probably go on sale for is 20% off, but those sales are still fairly rare in my part of Canada. Here's hoping, tho!
Definitely feels like a solid $30 set. At $45 I cannot justify purchasing this. Here's hoping for a good sale. Thanks for the excellent review as always!
There is a TV commercial in germany. "FreshMO" and the Fresh-part in their logo is including the special "e". Looks nearly identic to the LEGO-version.
Nice little set. I really like the van: lloks good as is and has great playability. The new parts are neat, and the theme itself is just great. For once Europe gets the other end of Legos price inconsistencies: this one is 30€ over here, with some places already giving 15% to 20% discounts. So we are talking $30 to $35. That's... reasonable. I'm as shocked as the next guy!
So I am absolutely in love with the city sets and their sub categories. I buy them at my leisure because the majority of my focus is generally modulars. I hear so many instances of people saying “this set should be bought on sale to get it for what the price should be” and I keep thinking to myself where?! I have NEVER seen anything Lego on sale ever unless it’s about to be taken off the shelves for age. Where do people buy on sale in the US?
same here, the stores i go to (target, walmart, etc.) sell them at normal price until they’re off the shelves. sometimes i can find a clearance deal at walmart if the box is destroyed or damaged. one time i got a $120 fire house set for $30 because it was missing a bag and the box was messed up. otherwise sometimes amazon has sets on sale. but i don’t see the vast majority of sets going on sale.
As far as I can tell, employees or far-sighted or deep pocketed customers snap up sets to re-sell on e-Bay. Never see anything on sale at Walmart or Target where I live and there is basically nowhere else to buy Legos. Stop going to the Lego Store during COVID. Even now you have to stand around outside and wait for admittance. Not really the leisurely, Oh, God, look at this visit of olden days.
I also hope that Lego will continue this "Fresh" grocery store line with advertisements (new City stickersheet?) and maybe a delivery van or bike that you see a lot nowadays specially in Europe!!!
This is a great set and would make a perfect addition to my LEGO city! Unfortunately it sells for $59.99 in Canada and I can't justify paying that much for it!
Glad Lego is making more Farm/Supermarket things. Im making a MOC for a Farmer's Market and these items will be very useful. I might get 2 of these sets and 2 of the supermarket one
Easy buy. Plus getting more of the vegetable side build pieces from Bricklick. The pricing does suck for the US. Would prefer $40 at the most. The pizza truck was a far better deal when I got it.
Now I'm just a simple city chicken, but I didn't know that's how carrots worked. It's a fun play feature though. I really wanted to buy this and the farm as part of the GWP promotion, but I just couldn't do it because of the price. Will wait for a sale and bought something else that was exclusive to Lego and a lot less likely to go on sale.
I really like this set alot. It looks great with the barn and grocery store sets.. I love this theme the City sets have going, I just hate inflation and what it's doing to Lego prices smh. 😒
Normally in australia this type of set is 20 dollars but since it has the farm it might be a 25/30 dollar set but its 40 dollars. Not that special of a set. Its just a taller version of the ice cream truck from 2020
I love the fruit and vegetable pieces. I don't have those grapes, the banana, or the corn. Don't have a rabbit, either. The farm/garden and the van are great. Unfortunately, $45 is just ridiculous for this.
One thing i love about lego. Even their 4/5+ line is actually really good. I only weird about taking lower age sets when theyre low in stock. With most other products, lower age versions are dumbed down to uselessness to experienced/older folks
so when i saw the title and thumbnail of this video i thought this was a set promoting Farmer's Market which is a grocery store here in Missouri. which leads me to the question; ... is it? as for the answer; ... maybe indirectly but can't be certain. i wouldn't expect to see this set at a Farmer's Market unless the profits are split between Lego and Farmer's Market. anyway, cool set tho! ^_^
The the grey technic pieces look so out of place to me especially with the nine molded onto them. Exposed technic pieces that stand out are almost always a part of a play feature and to some extent I think the designers believe they can get away with some mismatch in color because there is added play. I don't think play and display have to be mutually exclusive and they have the ability to make technic pieces in more fitting colors but they don't
I managed to pick this up for $40nzd which works out about $25usd. Getting harder to get these deals and new LEGO is just getting harder and harder to justify to myself the costs.
Holy ... in Germany, this is 30 Euros ... Currency converter says 45 USD is 42 Euros right now ... this one's mucho expensive over there in the USA ... o.0
I really hope there is more to come in this farm / grocery subtheme. Considering it's such an essential aspect of city life Lego has ignored it far too long in my opinion. I could see a greenhouse set fit right in for example.
Lego city is no longer a food desert!
Yeah, I hope this theme gets expanded a lot and runs for a long time. One of these (sadly many) cases of "why didn't Lego do this years ago?" really.
UK and Euro prices seem about right, the US price is way out. I'll probably get this, we might well see it reduced here in the UK anyway by some retailers and if it is sold for £20 that's a steal.
I like all these new farm sets. But they’re so expensive!!
I think it should be a $25 set, but was expecting decent retail to be $30. I figured with 2022 prices Lego max would price it at $40. But $45? That's insanely over priced! Who can afford this as a gift for a kid? We always kept gifts at $30 or under.

Honestly that squeaky sound works very well with the window!
Best part about this set is definitely the fruit pieces. They aren’t too common I think
WHen you buy polybags and friends sets you get pieces like this very fast xD
Absolutely loving this farming/food production/grocery sub theme. I really hope we get more and more of this kind of stuff in the future - we’ve not gotten nearly enough over the years!

Great set with sharp colours, I like the grey bunny.
I just got this set for $30 at Walmart. I'm pretty satisfied so far. I love this farming theme since I have a fairly big garden myself.
If they did the corn with a purple or pink it would look like a flower cluster
I got this set because of the corn
Love the garden
Nice set. The price seems reasonable compared to canadian prices. Here in Canada it goes for $59, 99 not including tax.
Thanks Jang.
🌶🌶🌶🍇🍇🍇🌽🌽🌽
Lego farmers will go nuts.
Carrot Top van looks good.
Carrot Top hair piece was close.🤠
Definitely needs a sale, but really solid set!
Yeah! Animal pins, horse stables, a proper barn, farm house, harvester, silo, etc!
This is 50 Singapore dollars... the equivalent of a US$30 set. And on top of that, City sets regularly go for 20-35% off here.
Love how analytical Jang is, so informative and useful
Nice little set. I really like the van: lloks good as is and has great playability. The new parts are neat, and the theme itself is just great.

Amazon pretty regularly puts sets on sale for 20% off. City and Technic are the two I see marked down most frequently there.
I would love to get an answer to that question
Target and Amazon will eventually put these on sale.
As far as I can tell, employees or far-sighted or deep pocketed customers snap up sets to re-sell on e-Bay. Never see anything on sale at Walmart or Target where I live

Saw it for sale in Walmart today but wasn't a good enough sale for me. I'll wait and see
Man I want all these farmers market sets but seriously only at like 40% off
Only thinking of the $10 set from this theme, at least that has a good PPP, and has that newish turning steer feature.
I love those stem pieces, can't wait for some brown ones!!
I love this set but I especially love it when I got it at Costco for only $20
This set looks very nice, look forward to adding it to my town in the near future.
Just checked the price in Finland. 24 euros.
I also hope that Lego will continue this "Fresh" grocery store line with advertisements (new City stickersheet?) and maybe a delivery van or bike that you see a lot nowadays specially in Europe!!!
great video. I haven't bought a city set in years, but i think these farm sets might get me back in.
This is a great set and would make a perfect addition to my LEGO city! Unfortunately it sells for $59.99 in Canada and I can't justify paying that much for it!
The new corn piece is great, but that price is awful.
I'd love to see that corn piece done in the non-genetically-modified natural corn colors (the rainbow corn)
Thanks for the review Jang, I want one of these.
What a awesome set. Great vid as always
I’m trying to decide if I want the supermarket or this which do you think is better?
woo hey jang
Wow 45 us? in Europe it's 30 for now, probably going to be higher next month nut still crazy
while it’s not something i’m interested in or will go and buy, i’m liking these farm type sets. they’d be worth getting for a lot of those pieces.
That US MSRP is daylight robbery D:
Now I'm just a simple city chicken, but I didn't know that's how carrots worked. It's a fun play feature though.
I really wanted to buy this and the farm as part of the GWP promotion, but I just couldn't do it because of the price. Will wait for a sale and bought something else that was exclusive to Lego and a lot less likely to go on sale.

Awesome £25 is definitely a fair price
$45 for a single car and a tiny field? WHY?!
One of the sets I like for this wave. 🚛
Love you Jang !!!
Normally in australia this type of set is 20 dollars but since it has the farm it might be a 25/30 dollar set but its 40 dollars. Not that special of a set. Its just a taller version of the ice cream truck from 2020
We get a good deal in the UK on this set
Is the price for US correct? $45 is wayyy too much for this.
I live in the UK and am shocked at how expensive some of this wave of Lego sets are in the US.
$44? What on earth
My son purchased a grab gag with a Lego Figurine with a Carrot on his head, this set would go perfect with it.
30€ is only $32USD - I live in Italy and have to convert all the time. What's with the U.S. tax? $45 is ridiculous...
It’s £25 in the uk.
I love the fruit and vegetable pieces. I don't have those grapes, the banana, or the corn. Don't have a rabbit, either. The farm/garden and the van are great. Unfortunately, $45 is just ridiculous for this.
What a wonderful set.
Wow that's quite the price difference between USD and EU/GBP
Very solid set for 30 euro!
One thing i love about lego. Even their 4/5+ line is actually really good. I only weird about taking lower age sets when theyre low in stock.

Better get rid of that rabbit if they want any fruit and veggies left…
Maybe they're fattening him up
With that Canadian dollar probably won't see it low as you say ever 😢
The Supermarket goes mobile

Good set tho I agree with the price looks like a 35$ set, maybe 50 if there was one more section of the “farm”
I managed to pick this up for $40nzd which works out about $25usd. Getting harder to get these deals and new LEGO is just getting harder and harder to justify to myself the costs.
Already found this on clearance at my Walmart for $30, a guy in a Lego group I’m in on bookface found a bunch for $10
Finally, a set that is cheaper to buy in the UK than the US 🤣 £25 is $31!! So $45 does seem very steep!
Whoever made this set has never seen a cornstalk... 😆
Imagine how much produce you could actually get from your local farmer's market for this price... give me like 9 watermelons!
This set looks cool
Great set
Holy ... in Germany, this is 30 Euros ... Currency converter says 45 USD is 42 Euros right now ... this one's mucho expensive over there in the USA ... o.0
I want this set so bad…
Hmm, discounted to 20 euro I'm in!
Luckily I found this set for 35$ on clearance which I still think is too much. Should be 30$
Price analysis is spot-on. Very lovely set but $25 for the community garden plot and additional minifig is completely out of line.
$40 I can understand (...being Lego anyway), but $45? I know it sounds arbitrary, but that extra 5 makes it seem even more harder of a buy.
I think the roof should have less studs and maybe be curved with slopes because the studs make it look like grass and it looks kind of off
Just wait a few months for a sale. Then pick this up.
Expandable if you buy Multiple🤣
at that price I'm not even buying One
Bruh. 40 dollars for some oil?! That’s 16 dollars tops!
This gives me Zootopia vibes!
I like it, but not as much as the pizza van.
Bit of a weird van in this set.
this is way too overpriced, should be 25-30$
Above average but overpriced
This field looks worse than what most minecraft sets have to offer
