Love this format of quiz! Great as always Shaun 😊
Thank you so much!
Couldn’t understand how to get my final score.
Uvula
please, let them free. they arent new, but scared. you dont understand now, but the fortune isnt yours. trade, trade, trade. good luck maam. much liver
I don't know why I take these quizzes? All I do is prove to myself how dumb I actually am.
Noooo... its for fun! Enjoy it!
It's nothing wrong in knowing one more thing. keep learning
I feel like at least 10 of the questions are things I knew once upon a time but just forget from not using it.
Its fun anyway, if you don't know it then you learn it here
I feel that way about Jeopardy, which I watch every night and rarely get any answers right
For question # 91 you can argue that triangle is the correct response from the perspective that the main face of the other shapes involves 4 enclosed lines - even though the cube is the only multifaced shape - versus a triangle which only has 3 enclosed lines which encompasses its shaped face.
That was my reasoning as well.
Even I agree with this.
How many lines encloses a cube? It's its not the sides/edges differentiating. The Cube is 3D, the other are 2D geometric shapes.
@@detormentis I wasn't disagreeing with that viewpoint. I was just stating that the way you phrased the question "Which is the odd one out?" didn't specify exactly what constituted the distinguishing feature that separated any one choice from the others, so there are now 2 correct responses to that question.
If you had wanted the sole correct response to be "cube", then you should have mentioned the distinguishing parameter that would have solely qualified that answer as being the only correct response: thru referencing the number of faces in your question, versus the shape of each face. Since neither characteristic was mentioned in your query, both "cube" and "triangle" are correct responses.
@@musicoldies83 That's the point of the question. For YOU to figure out what the distinguishing feature is. It's not a knowledge question it's an IQ question. BTW...a cube is enclosed by 12 lines, not 4
93/100 (Missed 4 of in the geography section alone, which is my weak point!) I have to nit-pick on two questions. For question 93, while "quirky" is correct; "weird" is also a viable option. And on question 91, you can also argue that triangle is the odd one out because all the others have four sides whereas a triangle has three sides. Thoughts? Thank you Sean. Loved it!
But a cube has four sides x six all others are single dimensional shapes
Thank you so much! Excellent score. Question 93 is open for debate, I agree... But on 91, the shapes are 2D, and except for the cube. The triangle has 3 sides (or edges), while the cube has 4x6 = 24 edges.
Yes!
A cube does not have 4 sides, it has 6 sides (planes) and 12 edges. A tringle has one side and 3 edges.
@@detormentis each edge is shared by 2 sides..so 12 edges, not 24
I got 62 correct. I'm pretty sure the bonus question answer is uvula.
correct
Dammit I couldn't think of it. Back in the very early days of SNL they did a joke where they used the word uvula, a word few people would know, and implied that it was something dirty. Anyway, I don't remember if the joke was very funny, but back then I looked up the meaning of uvula and haven't forgotten it until I took this quiz. Well I knew it but couldn't remember it.
'Derpite' 😂😂😂
Thanks Sean, I really enjoyed this quiz. It's surprising how you don't forget stuff you learned so long ago in school. Thank you, and thanks for keeping your questions interesting.

Always love when your videos pop up my feed, thank you Shaun, me and my wife really appreciate your vids ❤️
Thank you so much for watching!
Sam, that should be "My wife and I."
75 for me. Wish you had extra points for answering before the clues come up. I use an abacus to keep my score too.
I am well through college and medical career and was never exposed to this type of questions . Though answering 95 correctly it’s mostly from reading and experience . Answer to bonus question is uvula. Love this challenge . Thankyou Sean !
Bugger. Got that question wrong then
It's a commonly believed myth that haiku are 17 syllables. Haikus are written in Japanese and Japanese is a non-syllabic language. One of the most famous Haikus "Tundra" is only two syllables. Haiku's (among other things) should be short enough to be spoken in a single breath. Generally less than 17 syllables and rarely more
I fell down on quite a few in this quiz. Excellent as always. Thanks Sean
9/15 - Geography
12/15 - Literature
4/15 - History
12/15 - Maths & Business
9/15 - Biology

Geography - 8
Literature -13
History - 5
Maths and business - 13
Biology - 12
Logic - 8
59/100
I don't have much knowledge about history and geography as I am science student and since childhood I didn't have any interest in them , especially in history.. so I am satisfied with my points
I scored within the Einstein Award. The bonus question is the uvula. I already graduated from college ten years ago.
35 years later, I'm still at my B- average. The Big Bang Theory helped me with 2 answers.
When I was in high school Nero was considered a contemporary.
The movie "A Serious Man" helped me with the Cat in the Box question.
Lol you too?!
Wow, Sean! You've outdone yourself with this great quiz! I managed 80/100 for Tesla; Bonus is Uvula. I thoroughly enjoyed this one! Thanks so much and Have a great weekend!😊💖🌿🌼🍃🥀🐝
Thank you so much, and yes, you are CORRECT on the bonus!
great one today, fell all the way to Shakespeare on this one but had fun and at 74 that is important. keep it up as it is the highlight of my day. have the same issue with 9. love this format
Thank you so much, I'm glad you enjoyed it!
epiglottis as the bonus answer. missed 3, had fun, and learned 👍
Excellent!
Wow! This quiz was awesome, although I don't know why I didn't get a notification. I think the bonus answer is epiglottis. Thanks for posting.😊
Thank you for watching!
That was a fun quiz. I'd like more in this format, Sean. I got 93/100. The uvula is at the back of your throat-great job as always.😄🗺👍
I'm not a native. 66/100 seems better than expected value, so I'm not as dumb as I thought. If I solved the same in my language, then I would definitely have 90+.
That's an excellent score!
Thank you so much Shaun. This was the best quiz ever!
Thank you so much!
Great extended quiz , Shaun . Bonus , Uvula .
Correct!
i didnt do as well as i thought. so i better not apply for college. but of course i never was or did. loved there were no ads. its why i stayed to the end. after high school i attempted higher learning but realized since i didnt have to i wasnt going to. im doing just fine without a degree or even certificate, and im not in debt to any school.
Thank you Sean! I enjoyed the format and the questions!😊😊😊🎉🎉 Curie award for me this round, uvula is the bonus. Keep up your wonderful work!👍👍👍🍀🍀🙋♀️🙋♀️
Thank you for your support! You are correct on the bonus, and great score!
@@detormentis It's also called the epiglottis.
@@silasfatchett7380that's not the epiglottis.
This is actually a fair test of a person's knowledge of mostly useless trivia that will fairly well judge your chances of getting into college. A really good memory for trivia will get you far in life in most endeavors.
-6, -2, -4, -4, -1, -3 so -20 total
Loved this quiz! Shakespeare for me. Thank you!
I got 75. Thanks for posting. Great test.
Same here.
dork🤓
I'm not american nor european and I got 73
Its not high, but I'm proud of it.
Mostly got robbed om the literature part becuase it's mainly western
history part too
You only need basic arithmetic and read and write at the adult level All subjects start at the beginning. At my college, the only math requirement for all was college algebra, something I learned in high school.
These questions have nothing to do with a person’s ability to get through college. I bypassed a college entrance examination by starting at a community college where you didn’t have to take that test to get in. Then I transferred to a four-year college for my junior and senior year. There’s hope for everyone.
Correct. Hence the disclaimer at the end, that this is not a varsity entrance exam. It is a fun quiz, along the lines of "Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader". As an adult, you don't need top take a quiz to know whether you are smarter than a 5th grader, surely.
@@detormentis I don't know..... I watched that show with Jeff Foxworthy, and sometimes I wonder about myself ;)
Curie award of brilliance YAY!
Samesies!
85/100 Fun one to start my weekend with. Bonus answer is UVULA.
Great score, and correct on the bonus!
Love this format of quiz!
Thanks for the knowledge.
Bonus is it tonsils 🤷♂️🍻
Thank you Sean! Wonderful quiz as always. Didn't do as well as I would have liked missed 7 questions. I believe that the answer to the bonus question is Uvula. ❤️🌹❤️
You are correct! Thank you so much for watching!
sybau
91, for us, Sean. We weren't looking forward to it, but ended up really enjoying it 😊 Thank you so much 😊
Not too many comments on the bonus question, I believe it is the epiglottis. Got 76 right 52 years after graduating from college!!
I believe it is called the uvula
The uvula, yes. It is teardrop shaped and hangs down, whereas the epiglottis is leaf-shaped and operates as a 'lid'.
Great score!
Uvula baby. Can't figure out how anyone can miss these easy questions.
I like the new colourful images in your quiz, Sean👍 I'm not too hot on maths questions. The Bonus answer is Uvula.
Correct, thank you so much for watching!
Missed 11 so Hawking award. Uvula ( if spelled right) is bonus answer. Great quiz, Thanks Sean
You are correct! Thank you for playing!
77 out of 100 for me, plus I got the bonus question.
I got 81, missing a couple I should have gotten. I'm still annoyed at myself about the Missouri River. Bonus: Uvula. Great quiz!
66 with a high school education
Hi Sean, another great quiz. I managed. a total sccre of 82. I missed the Bonus answer of uvula. Now I know what that dangly bit is and what it's function is all about. Always learn something new with your wonderful quizzes. Thank you as always.
This was quite a bit easier than your other quizzes. 95/100 - I've hit Einstein before but only at the bottom end of the range.
It was, yes. I tried limiting it to school knowledge.
81. No idea about the business questions.
Yeah, same.
Outside of business and geography, I only missed 3 questions.
Great quiz Sean, most enjoyable and informative. I scored 90 / 100. Maybe I could get into college at the ripe old age of 77 ! I think the bonus answer might be the tonsils.
Thanks again, Sean...this was fun! Bonus answer is uvula? Tesla award for me...fell down in Finance and History
Maths/Business/Accounting was hard, even I thought so! Correct on the bonus!
I answered 94 correctly. I think the answer to the bonus question is epiglottis.
Great score! I am looking for uvula as the bonus answer, but will accept epiglottis!
I think this quiz might be better suited for grade 8 students to gain entrance to high school. Surely any university would require greater depth and breath of knowledge than this quiz offers.
My mood just changed for the better, thank u ❤
I'm so glad! Hope you enjoyed the quiz!
Shaun, I don't keep score, did really well, but absolutely loved the quiz.
Thank you so much! But you forgot to answer the bonus question ...
In middle school and my rank is Tesla Award of innovation. I’m also pretty sure the bonus question answer is uvula.
I really enjoyed taking this I'm a freshman in college I just to see if I'm smart enough for it I got 48/100 I don't know if this is considered a pass some questions I just random guessed so not sure if I actually smart enough for college 😅
Thank you for the quiz 👍🏻
Thank you for watching!
93/100. Fun quiz. Look forward to the next.
Great score!
Hi Shawn. Thanks again for an awesome quiz. The answer is of course the uvula.
Correct!
Wait! This was NOT an official exam?!!
You mean I got a 71 for nothing! ...all that work...😢
Now you're smart enough for college
84/100. Glad I graduated college 50 years ago!
Great score!
84, graduating civil engineering. But this quiz favors americans...
92 and it is the glottis. I ran afoul over the bookkeeping and business terms.
77. I'm not very good at the science questions, and my math skills are way past rusty. It was a good general knowledge quiz though.
76/100 from Ireland 🇮🇪. The business questions killed me
81/100. Thank you for the interesting quiz.
Great score!
75/100. Uvala is the bonus question
I did best in Geography and Math
I did worst in those categories. Maybe we would make a good team since our stronger areas appear to be completely different.
I lost all my questions in the Math and Business section from the Business questions. I know Math quite well. I didn't know all those business terms, though.
77/100 some tricky ones there Sean , thanks that was fun!😄
Thanks for watching!
Did better than I thought I would! Bonus: uvula 😊
The bonus question is epiglottis. Great quiz. 96/100.
I was looking for uvula, but I'll accept it! Great score!
Geography was my best category, with math/business my worst, although it should have been my strongest. I think the bonus is uvla or uvula. If you ever include a spelling category, I would have to skip it. lol. Great quiz. Thanks!
That makes two of us... Even my autocorrect on my phone has stopped trying... 😞
77, I'm sorry to say. I'm smart as a whip, but have probably about a 7th grade math education which did me in. I can write and score a symphony, however... 😊
87/100 - I feel like such a goober.🥜🥜🥜
Great quiz but I didn’t care for the business questions.
There was 1 bonus question ...? Oooops... I Misread that.... 😂
@@detormentis lol, the bonus question was fine.
80/100, uvula, Q5, Plato should be Plateau. feeling a bit thick but great quiz
💚✌🏽Loved this quiz. Thank you🫶🏽 Uvula.
Right answer, thank you for playing!
I got 84. I would be admitted to college, which is good, because I was 54 years ago. :)
Great quizz...lots of fun. And, Wheee.... I moved up to Einstein. Bonus is Uvula.
Excellent, and correct on the bonus!
Seems I could still get into college, but not necessarily my college of choice! But at 71, I'm happy to give up my place 😊
Thank you for watching!
Ended up with 70, mostly missed a lot about south america and biology
All and the bonus epiglottis
Epiglottis! :-) I'm an RN so I know this!
THANK YOU!
The epiglottis is not teardrop-shaped, and it does not hang (both features specified in the question). The epiglottis is leaf-shaped and located on the bottom part of the throat entrance, standing upright. I have been accepting epiglottis as the bonus answer, but the actual answer is uvula. THANKS!
💚✌🏽I always thought rickets was caused by lack of vit c as citrus was hard to get on boats, I realize now it’s not rickets but scurvy. Great quiz
You are correct!
Thanks again, Sean. 89/100 - or 90/100 if you decide to accept triangle for #91. 🙂
I will accept it! But will deduct a point for failure to answer the bonus question... 😆
Hi there Detormentis! I love your quizzes a lot! I scored 75/100, you think that’s good for a 10 year old? Btw, keep up the good work❤️😁
Mine score between 70-77 Shakespeare's award for intellect.
Nicely!
5 I think the word you want, judging by what you said, is "plateau".
49 You said "hypotomy" but the word on the screen is "hyponymy".
80 The digits 2 and 4 must be subscripts, not superscripts.
Uvula is the answer i got 60 answer in your questions
Thank you
A) (total 193+2= 195// )
Didnt have enough time to finish. But got 17 out of 24. So i believe im doing ok, humbly.
Great quiz my friend.
82 correct answers. The epiglottis.
I missed 10, more than I expected! Most of those were in the economics section, though. Not sure "you should be able to answer" those for college. Also, why are birthplaces of famous people important? Otherwsie, a good test, I look forward to more.
Bonus is Uvula I know this 'cos I don't have one! Some bright spark thought that removing it would cure my snoring......WRONG!
Where do i pick up my professorship from ?.
It's in the mail!
I do not know! I got my university degrees 40 years ago!
72. Epiglottis. I will try again until i get 100.
Great quiz Sean. I failed , Hawking today at 85%. Kindergarten time perhaps. Bonus uvula? 🐸
Thats an excellent score! And yes, you are correct on the bonus!
