Personally what I do is use the tail of your ski and disengage your first binding by pressing down on the lock with your ski tail, then use your now loose foot to disengage the other ski binding, was this comment posted a year ago and advice is no longer needed, sure however I’ll post anyway for anyone in the future with a similar question
