I have the same shoulder injury and it sucks. Pretty much goes numb when it pops out . Sucks mane
I have a shoulder like that. What you're feeling is called subluxation, the humeral head sliping out of the glenoid cavity. The moment it happens you get all the shock and pain of dislocation, but with the silver lining of it usually going right back home. It still hurts like a motherfugger after but the relieve of it going back in instantly takes the edge off. At the very least, if you have insurance, you should look at physical therapy. If it's not already, that crap can get so bad it pops out in your sleep because you rolled over.

Jay, Hopefully you're already looking into this, but a bunch of free-weight and cable training can go a long way if you're randomly hyperextending your shoulder. I've had issues with this before especially on BIG bikes and a physiotherapist recommended me a handful of muscle building exercises to stop it from happening without any surgery or crazy craziness. I'm riding better than ever since working out my shoulders and back!! Good luck. I know much it hurts

I had a shit shoulder like jay and had the surgery done and it took so long to heal and even longer to get my ridding back on point so be careful buds or you'll be out for a year or two lol

Spencer, how long have you been doing the one foot manny? I learned it in like 2012 before i even heard about you, but curious if youve been doing it longer? Its not an easy trick, but i can go pretty far if i hop up into it. Before i saw you do it i literally thought i made it up LOL, never see anyone do it,
