It's crazy how contrasting 2009 Ageha and 2009 Popteen is. I still say this is the era of the mini hat too, because I see them a little bit in here and I adored that trend. So many layers in Popteen but it makes sense since it's a winter issue. Lots of monochrome neutrals were being integrated is what I'm noticing. And yesss, I love practical gyaru outfits are. I think a lot of people forget because they're so used to seeing editorial shoots but a lot of the stuff in this mag is quite wearable. tbh this mag feels like Ranzuki funnily enough. ALSO lol I still wear that Maybelline Magum and Colossal mascaras recently.
I would absolutely love to do a comparison between ageha and popteen, and maybe even egg! Because it will show just how many different types of gal there are. Practical gal is the best kinda gal ❤️ not everyone can look as if they've stepped out into a photoshoot hahahaha. Omg no way!!! I remember being absolutely obsessed with them!!
