It’s no secret that NPSC members are being fed with Hefty amount of cash by some so called rich or fortunate or some politically backed family who would do anything to let their children get through the exam. I’ve been appearing the exam for the past ten years faced the interview several times however, always in vain. But I’m persistent and I know GOD is with me and in His time I will get through.
B.S if you prepare well this exam there is no loss. Even if you don’t clear You always learn something if you are a serious candidate. The only problem with this exam is, unserious candidates taking bad about the exam.
Most of the problem lies with in the parents they have the mindset that government job is the only way of earning. They pressurize their children to appear npsc exams.
Leaders said,there will be no backdoor appointment but majority backdoor appointment are their Guardian, family members😢No chance for Poor people like me 😭😔😔😔
I belong to minority tribe with poor financial so i didn't waste my time on NPSC and started preparing for central jobs and there are many scope and vacancies out there.
The thing is the interview. If you have backup you have chance. I know a relative who met the board members before the interview and now he's selected. Always think before trying these exams.

Youngsters have no scope in Nagaland. Its either govt job or become an insurgent. No Pvt sector, and those few Pvt sectors don't pay enough, instead they're exploiting our unemployed youths. Its easy to give advice, but just imagine who would want to sell vegetables, or do masanory work( although it's impossible without skill and experience), after doing Masters or PhD. Only way forward is to establish multinational companies and IT companies in Nagaland, which is impossible with the current mindset of Nagas, who only want freedom 😂. In short, suffer. I cant deny the facts about the booming business of coaching centre institutes and its dark sides yet i totally disagree when you mention "how messed up NPSC is" Its not the board that is messed up its the mindset of the people of Nagaland. its just another sector/profession just like entrepreneur and you name them. And i believe cracking this exam wont be considered as a settled life, life will still go on like you and i do. I repeat its not the NPSC ITS THE "PEOPLE'S MINDSET"

Bro you should give it a try since your relatives has a backup which in turn you can ask him/her for backup as well …Take the opportunity
It’s not like it’s useless... We need people working in the govt. Sector as well but we glorify competitive exams as if it’s the end goal for life.
