It's not hard to get into! You do need the aacended and agony resistance, but all you gotta do in join a discord/guild that does fractal CM trainings to learn the mechanics (or even watch some RUclips videos haha) and you can then join "know mechanics" groups, slowly working up to 1k UFE then 3k, 5k, 10k+ UFE groups. If you do fractal CMs daily you will have 1k UFE at the end of a week I believe.
