When people think of gr8 Academy,s they think of Real Madrid/Barca/Man United/etc but for me Ajax has one of the best Academy,s in the world (if not the best).and im a Man City fan.
Pfff Nouri en Walian zijn echt extreem goede super talenten zeg, vooral Nouri. Als hij fysiek iets sterker wordt denk ik dat hij volgend jaar al in het eerste kan spelen.

Mate i've always followed the US football, and comparing the Ajax team to Europe is kinda ridiculous, Portuguese or Spanish academies ruin the US with a much less budget then the US, they make too much effort but they'll always suck, there'll be 1 or 2 good US players in every 10 years, face it.

I think you're underestimating the youth academy of Ajax, which is considered one of the best in the world.
