This past month brought a lot of change for me in a personal and professional life, and I've used that change as a catalyst for starting an intentional self-care practice as I'm recovering from anxiety getting in the way this past year. I'm using the EC folio system with their wellness notebook, self-care journal, and some A5 traveler's notebooks for gratitude journaling and morning pages each day. I've also started working through Julia Cameron's "The Artist's Way" book and journaling practice, and I'm using a blue glittery notebook that makes me so happy to look at on my desk at home :)

With some effects still lingering and another almost week of wearing a heart monitor, I'll be working on my health plan to become a new version of me. These videos definitely continue to inspire me, especially to use even more notebooks. I used to be a bujo purist, but you definitely opened my eyes to the value of a different notebook for each area of my life with the bullet journal being the central organizer for each day. I still don't like things that are too structured, so the EC Monthly seems perfect! Thank you for continuing to make awesome videos, even when life gets a little overwhelming!

Oooh, such pretty stuff! 😍🥰😍🥰 Well, for this month, I have set aside my TNs for a few spiral-bound options. I found a cute little A5 spiral at my local dollar store that is a miniature version of an EC/Happy Planner vertical weekly! It has been working great for my day-to-day planning. I also have a 5-subject spiral notebook with removable, repositionable dividers that I've been using for notes, ideas, to-do lists, and/or journaling. I labeled the first section for random notes, the second for writing, the third for health (mental and physical), the fourth for personal, and the last for home. It's a great catch-all. But if I want something lighter to act as a catch-all, I grab the steno pad I bought with it that just happens to have a matching cover! It's perfect for listing pros and cons, to-do lists, and brain dumps! If by some miracle I managed to win this giveaway, I would use the monthly deluxe planner to track my writing progress. If I don't win, I might set up one of my old planners for that lol. Either way, I'm determined to get back into a daily writing routine. It's been hard to get back in the groove lately for some reason. I think it's my depression and anxiety acting up. But if I can get back to the joy and fun of writing, I know it'll help. I didn't read all the comments so I dunno if these have been mentioned but when we moved from WV to Charleston, they were helpful. Create a move in day box and take it in the car with you. A roll of paper towels, scissors, tape, things you'll need the second you get in the door at the new house but will all be packed up. Pinterest has a million ideas for these. Load the beds in last so they can come off the trucks first. Even moving 7 miles with 2 children and a whole house of stuff can be exhausting and at least you can sleep on your mattress without digging in the back of the truck. The tape colors for rooms idea is PRICELESS. Especially if you have help. Match the colors and no looking for a random box you know should go in the kitchen but ends up in one of the kid's rooms. I got the SSB and my daughter (14) snagged that little journal and ran off like Smigel. It's her "summer transformation" journal now LOL and that pencil pouch made my heart swoon. I quickly fell in love with the weekly pad that was in there. I thought it was very HB90 friendly ha ha!

When you start looking for a bed, look into Purple. I have a slipped disk in my back and I arthritis in my knees and the Purple bed has helped beyond reason. I've had it for 3 years now and it still helps. My boys also like to draw in my notebooks. I try and get them to go on used pages, but sometimes you just need to let it go. It's something they love doing. I'm about 2.5 years post partem and having trouble keeping weight down or even eating healthy. I'm looking forward to seeing you vlog about your journey. Keep your head up it's so much harder when you doubt yourself.

I've always been somewhat embarrassed about the amount of planners I buy for myself and have struggled to figure out how to use them. Watching your channel has opened up so many possibilities!! So much so that I have to admit I just purchased five new planners/notebooks for myself in the last two weeks. 😲 *sigh* But yes, I'm always ready to add more and are coming up with so many ideas on what to use them for. I'm also considering signing up for your HB90 Bootcamp this quarter. I've been wanting to start fleshing out the story ideas that float around in my head and this may just be the incentive I need. I have so many notebooks now and finally started getting my stories down on paper after some ill health - finding the benefits in being housebound and being forced to slow down and rest, it's forced me to re-evaluate and decide what I truly want in life - and start writing those books in my head 🙌❤️

My initial comment was suppose to be about how I finally started using a notebook that has been on my shelf. But hearing about your 6-month transformation journey made me 1) Subscribe to your other channel immediately and 2) made me so happy. I have PCOS too and it was once in control and honestly, it was the best time of my adult life. Unfortunately, things changed and this pandemic definitely didn't help. My mind knows that I should do something to change it but I've just never had that push. Looking at all your notebooks is so much fun! There are some ideas that I like to use at some point in my own notebooks, I have a collection that I need to get through, but I keep seeing more pretty notebooks and I grab for them and they come home with me. I’m so bad at that lol!!!
I started a new notebook in May for keeping track of my favorite shows. I need to start a notebook for my weight loss journey. I already use a planner, a book journal, and a work notebook that I've been using all year.
I love the idea of doing a mid-year challenge as it takes off the pressure of having to do well during New Year's. My sister has seasonal depression so she hates doing resolutions I think this could be a great way to go about having yearly resolutions without having to make her feel left out!

I have been pretty consistent with an a5 grid Michaels notebook. I am inching towards the back and should complete it sometime this summer for sure. I love the idea of a 6 month goal refocus. I think I may sit and outline what that would look like for me. I want to make space to accomplish some healthy for me goals this year. Sometimes a year is so long I don't end up completing the goal I set for myself.

I've always been somewhat embarrassed about the amount of planners I buy for myself and have struggled to figure out how to use them. Watching your channel has opened up so many possibilities!! So much so that I have to admit I just purchased five new planners/notebooks for myself in the last two weeks. 😲 *sigh* But yes, I'm always ready to add more and are coming up with so many ideas on what to use them for. I'm also considering signing up for your HB90 Bootcamp this quarter. I've been wanting to start fleshing out the story ideas that float around in my head and this may just be the incentive I need. I have so many notebooks now and finally started getting my stories down on paper after some ill health - finding the benefits in being housebound and being forced to slow down and rest, it's forced me to re-evaluate and decide what I truly want in life - and start writing those books in my head 🙌❤️

Loving thsi video, I'm giving myself a 3-day weekend to bounce back. I'm behind with everything and need to short a couple things out that I've been dragging my feet with. I'm planning on getting back into wor, so I can place bigger orders with EC, the p[ostage just eats up my budget when shopping from the U.K.. I need to catch up with journal's as well.

My initial comment was suppose to be about how I finally started using a notebook that has been on my shelf. But hearing about your 6-month transformation journey made me 1) Subscribe to your other channel immediately and 2) made me so happy. I have PCOS too and it was once in control and honestly, it was the best time of my adult life. Unfortunately, things changed and this pandemic definitely didn't help. My mind knows that I should do something to change it but I've just never had that push. I'm really hoping that just like hearing you talk about your notebooks here finally gave me the motivation, it would work there too. Can't wait to see what you have in store for us.

That pencil case is amazing! I love it. I also love seeing how your daughter has made her mark in your notebooks. My kids have done the same and while it can be frustrating, it's also sweet, as she probably just wants to be like you.

Looking at all your notebooks is so much fun! There are some ideas that I like to use at some point in my own notebooks, I have a collection that I need to get through, but I keep seeing more pretty notebooks and I grab for them and they come home with me. I’m so bad at that lol!!!
I started a new notebook in May for keeping track of my favorite shows. I need to start a notebook for my weight loss journey. I already use a planner, a book journal, and a work notebook that I've been using all year.

The monthly planner is beautiful! I have never had a bucket list either, maybe this planner could be used for one.
I love the idea of doing a mid-year challenge as it takes off the pressure of having to do well during New Year's. My sister has seasonal depression so she hates doing resolutions I think this could be a great way to go about having yearly resolutions without having to make her feel left out!

I got a couple of Archer & Olive notebooks for my birthday this year, so I'm excited to start using those as soon as my current planner (with is Plum Paper - you're going to love them!) is used up at the end of this month. I have been pretty consistent with an a5 grid Michaels notebook. I am inching towards the back and should complete it sometime this summer for sure. I love the idea of a 6 month goal refocus. I think I may sit and outline what that would look like for me. I want to make space to accomplish some healthy for me goals this year. Sometimes a year is so long I don't end up completing the goal I set for myself.
You guys have so many options to pick from! I tend to just make my own things more often than not
Hi! I just found your channel (and your books) and I am super excited! As for notebooks, I am failing a bit. The first half of the year was crazy and I used a bunch for work. Now that I'm at a better and new job I think I will be able to use them for what I want!!

I will have to look at the new monthly planners again. When I tried building a 7x9 one, I was only seeing the Mid Century Circles interior rather the flora one. I have liked it for tracking my writing progress.
