You hurt this guy or kill him he heals and comes back stronger in proportion to the damage dealt. Even if you cut a limb off that limb will grow back stronger. In terms of raw power. I think he's right below Lillie Barro. Correct me if I'm wrong.
In terms of destructive power, Lille Barro is the most powerful among the Schutzstaffel But Gerard is definitely the hardest to kill and given enough time, I think he'd outclass Lille overall. Gerard literally is the Soul King's Heart

Lilles dangerous ability is that his attacks will not be seen also even if you detect where he is and stab or behead him he will remain untouchable. Very OP truly Ywachs masterpiece. Hence he was so angry on Shunsui who force him to get into his 2nd Voltstanding.
