You can go as high or low as you want but finding a stable medium is best. Just test a few.

Yep! You can run a ton of different combinations. You can also have different batch files that do different things depending on your needs.

Cant change txt to bat

You just replace .txt with .bat then accecpt the change. Super simple.
If you can't view file extensions enable that first.
