If you get licky enough to get the Wicked Ring and any combination of 3 crit items with Commando (preferably with at least one Scythe), you become unkillable
To be fair, anything that pierces infinitely is a 1-shot on magma worm, as the many segments have their own hitbox, chef isn't broken, just misunderstood

i don't think there were many items involved - since the magma worm is a segmented boss the piercing cleavers probably just shred through them
