Hey man.. so I’ve been watching a number of videos about this trying to get that shop icon to appear on my profile page. The first option that you mentioned, I believe that is incorrect and you’re sending people in the wrong direction. Because you can clearly see the word apply on the bottom there, that is for creators to actually open their own shop to sell items, that is not for simply having access to the shop itself to just buy stuff that’s already there. There is no application to just be a shopper.

Is there no fix available? I have seen several videos that always say send or submit a ticket to customer service
