Also neutrals are so easy to formulate if any high end to luxury brand messes up neutrals I feel betrayed & confused like c’mon neutrals are so easy to formulate I would’ve understand if it was colorful eyeshadow cuz colorful eyeshadows are very hard to formulate so if a high end to luxury brand messes up neutrals I just simply buy drugstore brands like Colourpop or indie brands and get the same result if not even better than pricy brands ngl 🫣😅

I could give two craps less about Pat McGrath. I don’t see the huge deal people make about this brand. The astral blitz shades shed glitter all over my face and I don’t want that all day. It’s so expensive and I don’t see how the shades are better than some cheaper brands. I’ve actually preferred some colourpop palettes to a few PMG ones I’ve tried. So glad to hear your rant. People need to know about how shady this brand is. It’s disgusting how poorly they treat people who buy from them.

I have been hearing so many people complaining about Pat McGrath's horrendous customer service. For being such a big luxury brand her customers deserve better and she doesn't even put any effort into her collections. Everything is repackaged from other collections. I just don't understand the hype over the brand....and yes Tarte is totally copying Charlotte Tilbury 😆.
Oooo, those Danessa Myricks blushes looks beautiful 😍. I am very intrigued 🤔...but MAC releasing a dry shampoo for eyelashes, if it works that product will definitely be a game changer.

Always right on time with what I need!!! Today has been pretty rough and someone very close to me just texted me they have to have their appendix removed tonight 😒 I know it's a simple surgery and she will be fine, but considering today is already a rough day to handle, I truly didn't want to hear that. But here I am now watching my girl Allie so the night is about to get better 🙃 SN: that is such horrible customer service considering how much they charge. Why delete messages instead of just providing the customer with what they asked for. I'm so glad I've never shopped them and have no intention to ever do it

I went to their site because of a coupon code, found a few things I wanted and the code didn't work. I still got them though because there's certain shades that will add to my collection I think

I've never really gotten into a Pat Mcgrath Cosmetics. Her palettes never spoke to me. Allie girl I love the Charlotte tilbury contour wand.. It's literally the only contour I use. I recommend buying two at once cause they are quick sellers. Also make sure you get light. Light is still pretty dark, the medium dark is way too dark for me. I'm definitely darker than you. But try it, it's great you'll love. I'm glad you're doing more drugstore though. There's some really great brands.

I definitely thought the brushes would be a little cheaper than the fully blinged collection. They're about the same price if you really compare.
I think you took a really good decision about Pat Mcgrath, they have lost so much respect from customers, and its obvious that the refund request got out of control so shameful. But hey girl... better opportunity will come your way🥰🥰. The KVD I definitely will love to hear your wear test review..

Danessa Myricks also has some vision flush (liquid) highlights coming out same day as the blush. I have Tiara and love it. The new shades look amazing too. I plan on getting two of the vision flush and two of the blurring balm blush . They launch at Sephora and Danessa Myricks 2/7

Love that you called Pat McGrath out on their sh*t! They shouldn't be deleting your comments on their posts, ugh that's so bad.
I hear so many horror stories from people on brands and customer service. Like the only good quality customer service 100% of the time is Sephora or Ulta because they return with a smile and your coin without a whole lot of fuss. Brands seem to be a flip of the coin if your going to be getting good service. So far I’ve had luck with everyone, but I best find some wood to knock on because I probably just cursed myself for the future 😂.
And I 💯 agree the Colourpop stuff looks so close to repackaged past collections amped up slightly. I see Mint to Be, In a Trance, and the peach palette whatever it was named. It is almost like they brought out old palettes and said “how can we change these without changing them?”
Oh I’m also dealing with PMG! Never again…they are horrible. Best of luck to you. I, too am leaving comments on their posts. I’ll have to see if deleted! They also asked me to rate their customer service and I said “what service - no one contacted me”. Awful. Not getting a penny more from me!
I love your background ♡ tower 28 I got a cpl shades from ipsy, their iconic lip product.. it was okay. I don't understand the hype. My gosh I can say the same about Creme shop. I had only seen it in ipsy, boxy.. I had never tried something I was excited about, thought I didn't like the brand..I went Into my CVS and there were a few products that I wanted, I have a lip tint, a lip stain, the cutest make up headband I own and a highlight stick.. I love them all so much. I think they were sending us old products that nobody wanted or something because there was a bunch of products I wanted. No that is not where creme shop has been at, thats very new, it just came into CVS. Honestly cvs is the reason that I really truly fell in love with makeup. I was always in love with makeup but right before I moved to Florida NYX had came into my CVS. I literally tried pretty much every product and I didn't understand how the brand had not been heard of, everything I tried was amazing, it felt high end, it was that good.. It still feels the same way many NYX products beat out anything high end I can find often. And now once again they pick a great brand to be in their store and the products are amazing those lip tints and the lip stains are everything. I rarely do liquid lipstick.. it's usually always liner with lip stain and plumper. I don't like bullet lipsticks, it's very rare that I like a gloss, it cannot have glitter or shimmers in it. That's funby you feel the way about Pat that I do J Star. I will never purchase from him, only Beautylish mystery bags. I mean I can't deny The quality but I do not like him or maybe actually you feel the way I feel about colourpop.. I will only order mystery boxes from them.. That even is Very hard for me to do because their customer Service has done me dirty a couple times and I have Zero respect. Fyi I ordered through glamlite One Full Year ago. I did not see the email they sent me so I did not respond and didn't get my package..they did not refund me, I got ahold of them and one year later they refunded me without any hesitation, they were amazing. I heard about a contour wand recently but it was like a weird drugstore brand that I don't think I've tried and it was supposed to be equivalent to the Charlotte Tilbury or better I really wish I could remember what it was. Eh on the colourpop I only like the purple and green and I have those shades. Thats seriously so annoying about the mystery box, Ive been checking their site constantly because that's the only thing I'm willing to order from them. I'm gonna be so mad when the videos go up of the mystery box if I'm not able to get my hands on it.. it had to if only been up for A-day because I just checked a couple days ago. I can't help it I get so upset when I miss mystery boxes because they are my favorite thing ever.

I don’t think that the Valentines PatMacgraph release it’s actually a Britgerton collection with a stiker on it. The colors are not the same and either the formula. I mean they are all mats, no shimmers… BUT! They are definitely repeat shades from other PatMacgraph palettes so it’s an easy drop for me.

Pat McGrath's abysmal customer service is driving the brand into the ground. PM used to be my favorite brand now after dealing with their crap over and over and over and over, I could care less about any release. Not to mention the steep decline in quality and repackaging of old makeup. The last two lipstick orders I made, the lipsticks were rancid when I received them, completely unusable. I think PM will declare bankruptcy in the near future.
I bought 1 thing from Pat McGrath and I didn’t get an email that the order went through or shipped. I forgot about it and then I wondered if I even placed the order ? It did show up and I’m very happy with the purchase but it was only a $35 Star Wars smallest palette in R2D2.
That sucks you have to fight to get your money back.
I’m trying not to buy much until Black Friday so everything I see I don’t want or care about. Anything I want goes on a wishlist.

When you check out you can use alternate payment methods like affirm or after pay or klarna. It’ allows you to buy the items at a lower bi weekly cost over a few weeks or months time

Not show up for a long time so I tried to get ahold of them and a month later they finally responded to my emails just to say they would forward my address to another department whom most likely wouldn’t have gotten ahold of me for much longer who knows but I did end up getting my order and I loved my things but like you I will likely never place another order on their website the only reason I did in the first place is because of their year end 40% off sale they we’re having… I’m sorry you’re struggling I hope you wind up winning your case and then some Allie you don’t deserve to be screwed around 🤬

Your Pat McGrath issue sounds like my Juvias Place issue except Juvias NEVER shipped my palette (ordered Dec 22nd) and I have emailed customer service multiple times with no response. They stole my money. I will never buy from them again.
