Toy Box arcade is very close to my home so I play this machine a lot. Sadly, they no longer allow you to exchange blind box figs.
As you play the Prize Drop meter fills up. Once it's full, the next jackpot spin will be all prize drops which is one of the few times you can get the Grand Prizes to fall.
