Also, what happens if your forced to call a color, but there no deck (All cards are in players hands), or the deck is all wild? Is that like- immediate elimination because you can’t preform the action- or is it just the equivalent of a wildcard and you have to pick up whatever bit of the deck there is (if there is any)
'Wild color roulette card: the next player chooses a color. After that, they must reveal cards one at a time from the draw pile until they get a card of that color (wild cards do NOT count). In my family we have always played UNO with normal (non Uno) cards. This is the function of the Ace. (Granny brought this game to our home, her circle of friends made up the rules loong ago)
@@ryanthecringeanimator9541, no, it isn't. It's explicitly in the rules, as ironic as it is. You're welcome to use a house rule that voids the mercy rule though
I play I a variation with my friends where we get rid of the mercy rule (25+ = out) and instead play where you get eliminated if you're forced to draw more cards than there are cards in the draw pile. There was a time where someone called yellow and there was literally one left in the deck because the rest was in one hand.
We played a 5 player match where everyone got only one card to start, but one had the 100+ extra (without mercy rule, of course). It took a while, but I eventually managed to win! I was one of the 1 card players, btw
@@fabiofanf3e813 I find it fun cuz instead of thinking of it as a mercy rule I think of it as a win condition, you "kill" everyone by giving them over 25 cards to win. Y'all just like your games taking forever
I pulled a prank with my friends once where before we played I had went through the deck and removed every single blue card then made them go for blue, I was so proud of myself, it was glorius
Okay that's it I'm making a sound playlist of undertale OST just so whenever me and my mom or friends plays a board game or a card game I'm putting that on
That card in uno flip ruined me I remember drawing the entire deck and then having to grab from the already grabbed cards I had 97 cards after that I somehow won that game
Actually the 25+ card rule is a mercy rule and completely optional
If you don’t play with it then the games lasts forever. Plus every rule is optional in its own way
@@KillatomatoheadI played without that rule and had a game end in 20 minutes. Twice.
It's not optional and if it is then so is every rule

OFF MENTIONED RAHGHH
Actually had this happen to me once. We played without the mercy rule. Each player had one third of the deck in their hands-
Yeeeah... Maybe at LEAST let the mercy rule apply as an option to yield if you get 25+ cards...
I had a game of uno that lasted 2 hours.
Also, what happens if your forced to call a color, but there no deck (All cards are in players hands), or the deck is all wild? I think you just have to suck it and take everything
I lost in the first freaking turn! You start with 7, had the draw cards stack all the way to me it was +26 fml
Uno flip: Infinite
🤙 🤙 Determinism is Freedom 🤙 🤙 🤙
I feel you man
I for real once drew 32 cards in uno flip when drawing for yellow..
32?! You are dead, man 😂
"What is this game, dude!?"
"Give me a green card!"
this game really ruins friendships huh
F the mercy rule, if you get +40 you picking up 40 cards
25 cards = eliminated sounds like a blue strategy from magic the gathering
Spider Dance! Good choice!
This is done incorrectly because the person who draws a card of a certain suit also gets a turn, not the person who put the card down again.

@@NCK555 Okay, thanks for the correction!

the stack rule: "looks like karma came back and it was a biitchh"
That card isn't stackable, since it isn't a fixed number, sadly. You could make it a house rule though
(Having to draw so many cards fills you with... DESPAIR...)
(...but also gives you the opportunity for a huge comeback, which makes you feel DETERMINED.)
(The drive to get revenge on the ones who made you draw so many cards fills you with HATE...)
we call that card "depression"
When that happend you already know that your luck sucks
If it wasn't for bad luck, I wouldn't have any 😅
Because uno wasn't already a game where you wanted to kill your friends😂
Wait this is how my family allways plays if you don't have the colour, no wonder we have to reshuffle the pile back into the deck
POV that's the reason my friend is in the hospital😂
mine too lol (jk lol i only have normal uno)
He got that, card, he can just reject it

Card counters are going to abuse this

Spider dance
Plot twist: He gets the color first try

Bro really like undertale sound track tbh i respect him
they need to add ash blossom to this uno
Been there
No, like I’ve actually played Uno no mercy and had that exact same thing happened to me.
This actually happened to me (everything but him having another one of those cards)
Thats why you pick black so you draw until you get a revenge card since the hand rule is a mercy rule and is optional
The mercy rule isn't optional though

i love the undertale soundtrack
Im sorry bro looks like the final antagonist of the walking dead s1 game
Played that one at the airport. The only problem was that we didn't know that if you have over 25 you lose. We played one round for a couple of hours
That card is just too overpowered

That card would be banned from any game at my house, I swear, especially if it apparently has no counters.
Ok i pick red again **stabs person** hey look i drew red
THE GREAT UNO
So it's a draw till match rule that's even more specific
Thats the fun part about Uno games
You can have 25 cards in your hand and win anyway
future uno be like!!!
I have a custom tweaked uno set that specifies you need a specific color of a number or 2nd number (Ex: draw until: blue of 6 or 3)
I hate when this happens to me.
i love uno no mercy
This game is kind of evil, and I like it that way
Also score goal is 1000 and if you out an opponent (by making them have 25+ cards in their hand) you immediately score 250
Happiness is temporary...
I do a rule if you have that card you can pass it on to the next person
I WANT THAT UNO!!!!
He drew the sad faces card, he can stack it
More op cards
Undertale music is perfect
Happened to me in uno flip. Friendship ruiner type of card
this is why i wand uno no mearcy
theres a version of uno with a even worse card but theres no mercy rule lol (i once had a singular round of uno take 2 hours)

We dont use the 25+ rule and sometimes we get like 60 cards pulled at once bc of a plus war
