Probably a sound glitch, had similar voices in BF4 that were so freaking loud and felt like 1000 dolphins screeching right in my ear.

From the looks of it the sound is coming form the lights hanging down the ceiling, i saw 2 of them swing that match the sound that was playing. Maybe because multiple lights were swinging in sync the sound was glitched

After reading description: I should say these were on vanilla maps

First it was the zombie door - like cod zombie mode

#SundayMailbox : Hey Mat, what do you think about a damage model (maybe for the next bf?), based on the lenght of the path, that the projectile travels through the body(+multipliers for brain and maybe heart(?))? This would simulate the bleeding/hemmorage/wound canal(whatever i no good english) effect and fix problems like hitting a dude in the arm, which is blocking his torso. It would also add some interesting mechanics, like hitting someone straight in the chest from the front will do less damage then hitting him in the chest from the side(which is obviously harder), or even hitting someone from above for ultimate destruction. Would love to hear your opinion, have a nice day.

that noise is actually from the movement of the lamps
I noticed it was matching the sway of the hanging light fixture so it was a bugged audio file.
(gets louder when he's right under the light and only started when he approached it)

that noise happens indoors, and it happened since launch for me. im pretty sure it has to do with the lamps glitching out, but i dont know. it makes camping in bunkers impossible for me as it is deafening, even on low volume.
