    Kadhi Ingredients:
    -Yogurt (Dahi) Sour 1 kg
    -Gram Flour (Baisan) 1 cup
    -Water (Pani) 2 jug
    -Ginger Garlic (Adrak Lehsan) paste (1 tbsp)
    -Turmeric (Haldi) powder (1 tbsp)
    -Salt (Namak) 2 tbsp or to taste
    -Red Chili (Lal Mirch) powder (1 tbsp)
    Pakora Ingredients:
    -Gram Flour (Baisan) 2 cups
    -Onion (Pyaz) chopped (1 medium)
    -Green Chilies (Hari Mirch) chopped (2 tbsp)
    -Coriander Seeds (Sabut Dhania) crushed (1 tbsp)
    -Cumin Seeds (Zeera) 1 tsp
    -Red Chili (Lal Mirch) powder (1 tsp)
    -Salt (Namak) 1 tsp
    -Baking Soda (1/3 tsp)
    -Water (Pani) 2 cups or as required
    Tarka Ingredients:
    -Oil (1/2 cup)
    -Onion (Pyaz) sliced (1 medium)
    -Whole Red Chilies (Sabut Lal Mirch) 5
    -Cumin Seeds (Zeera) 1 tsp
    -Garam Masala powder (1 tsp)
    Method:
    Prepare Kadhi:
    -In a bowl add, yogurt, gram flour, and water and mix well.
    -In a pot add, mixture, water, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, and turmeric powder, mix well, and bring it to boil.
    -Cover and cook on low flame (approx. 1 hour) and keep stirring in between.
    -In a bowl add, gram flour, onion, green chilies, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, salt, red chili powder, baking soda, and water mix well.
    -In a pan heat oil and fry pakoras until crispy and golden.
    -Add pakoras in kadhi, stir gently, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
    -For Tarka:
    -In frying pan, add oil, onion, and whole red chilies and fry.
    -Add cumin seeds, and garam masala powder and mix well.
    -Add Tarka on kadhi.
    -Ready to serve😋
