To open the menu, you have to press F8. If that doesn’t work, you can find video where they show you how to change the keybinding.

This mod menu is currently not working. The game starts up fine, but when I try to spawn a vehicle it will randomly despawn after a few seconds. It's a shame because this is one of the funnest trainers for GTA V. smh
