Well, technically, you can blame him since he chose to go there in the first place. I'm not sure why he chose Vegas. If he wanted a shot at a ring, he should have gone to KC, Philadelphia, Cincinnati, or even Buffalo. The Cowboys have a much better shot at making the superbowl than Vegas does at even winning a playoff game, and that's assuming the Raiders even make the playoffs, which is still a big IF.

And often high draft picks that get drafted by bad teams end up being traded over and over to equally bad teams. It's just a terrible curse.

Worst coaching in the NFL. This started at the beginning of last season. They were a borderline playoff team on the verge of having a big year, then they proceeded to make a bunch of trades and completely rewrite their offensive playbook, inexplicably. Carr's performance suffered badly in this new playbook, and he stormed off. Then they made even more terrible trades and stuck Garoppolo into a collapsing offense with no TE, no run blocking, and a neutered RB. The offensive coaching has been so bad for 1 1/2 seasons now, it's like they are trying to lose on purpose. They are a total disaster.
