I'm a huge fan I have learned a lot from you. I did a whole Valentine's candy decoration just because of you. I made cakes, macarons, heat candies, cake pops, bonbons you name it. I watched all of your videos in 2 days lol.
Hi Dawn! I just wanted to (hopefully,) helpful tip I’ve found by following your tutorial making these. For the eyes I used mod podge 3 dimension and it worked exactly as I hoped. It gives objects dimension so the eyes stick up a bit more. My Michael’s store was out of the clear and only had iridescent (I think is what it was called. (It had very light shimmers in it but you could still see what’s underneath.) The best part about using this is the tip of the bottle. It has a pointed tip so making the tiny circles were simple. What I did was I printed out and used your bunny shape and I laid wax paper over top of them as my guide. I then took the 3D mod podge and made a ton of eye/nose sets on to the wax paper. Then after they dried I went back and painted each with the burnt aumber. I then super glued the eyes/noses to the bunnies. It seems like a lot of extra steps but it’s simple and doesn’t take much time at all. The only tricky part was picking up those tiny eyes to glue on, but I have a solution for that. Get yourself a wax pencil (it’s used in the nail industry, technicians use them to pick up tiny fingernail accessories like for fake tipped fingernails.) I believe people have also recently started using them to do those bead art projects. Anyways the wax sticks to tiny decals and picks them right up so your able to turn the tiny decal around and put a dot of glue onto something tiny. Such as those eyes lol I hope this helps you or someone else. Thanks for this tip again on using the model magic, it makes such a difference and almost gives the peeps a realistic feeling to them!!

Unfortunately forget which channel it was but her channel is solely tiny clay accessories;foods, animals, etc. She was making a tiny Pug dog from clay and used it for his eyes which I thought was a brilliant idea on her part. I’ve never heard of it prior to seeing her use it and was amazed by how realistic the Pugs eyes looked because of the dimension it gives. What’s nice is it doesn’t drip or run so your able to make small circles and they keep their shape and stay completely formed without turning flat from running off. Once dried it kind of feels like dried epoxy, hard. It only comes in a smaller tube (not the bigger bottles that the regular Mod Podge comes in.) Maybe that’s why a lot of us miss it in the stores and are unaware of it. So if anyone’s looking for it at Michael’s it’s near the Mod Podge but it’s hanging with super glues and what not. I hope you can use it. I’d be excited to see what great ideas you come up with while using it!
