You definitely find some hidden gems. Anyone would be hard pressed to find any new construction comparable to that home anywhere near that price. You just don’t see the two story great room, oversized bedrooms, and third level under $800K. It’s not move-in ready for most folks’ taste, but it could really turn into a jaw dropper!
The close proximity to Hartsfield Jackson Airport is a concern. The flight path noises will distract outdoor activities.. Doggie doors attract unwanted critters..
This is a beautiful home and I actually like the wall color of the bedroom. But the planes overhead and all the time is a no for me. They say "you'll get used to it" but it would be a huge deal breaker for me.
Master closet is nice but he’s gonna need his because one side is gonna have to be for my winter clothes and one side is gonna have to be for my summer clothes so we got a build him a closet somewhere😂

You’ve got to work on proper terminology, and much better narration! The less you say, the better! Not to mention, the instructions, CLEARLY read; SHOES OFF; and your walking all throughout the house with your shoes, ON! Also, leave your personal opinions, OUT! I’d strongly suggest you hire someone to do a voice over for ALL of your videos! Just some construction criticism.
