The vector only works like that for console aim-assist. I'm a PC player, I have never experienced assistances like this.. on PC it isn't impressive at all. I get more out of an MP5 than I do the vector.
I should have been more specific. The vector isn't fantastic for PC players who use keyboard and mouse. That's to say, there are easier weapons to roll out with, but without some sort of sticky aim it is unforgiving. If you pre-fire it and aim down it zeros in and if you're even a little bit off then 30 rounds fly past your opponent's head. I can't tell you how many times I've drilled the wall right next to a player because this is where my vector is shooting now. I'd go out with a more reliable tool instead, like the MP7 or MP5 or even the P90A1.
