Is it possible that there are much dust here. On account of this reason the dust is collected into eyes and convert into cataract. Other cold county has no dust. Therefore there is no cataract.

Major reason may be our hot climatic conditions. People don't use dark goggles in Sunny days like even may and June hence injure or heat eyes walls but using black goggles may be feel comfortable to eyes.
That's the reason people in gulf region wear black goggles so in some west countries but people in our country think them fashionable hence avoid goggles hence training and counseling needed to public.
