Need to go with water for terrace garden. In case, if you are adding the soil, you can mix it in the soil. It is better to apply twice a month for 2 to 3 months for better results.
@VijayVPRoy sir I got ground garden plants too so in ground garden we should mix nemzap with soil and then place it around the base of the stem is this correct
Correct. Dig the soil mix NeemZap and replace the mixed soil. The key is the water supply.. need to keep control of water supply, so plants will absorb the medicine instead of diluted water.
