AMEN was adopted for Yeshua and never originated with him. Adopted by the empire as they worshipped Amen-ra the sun god. Same as Easter being to worship Ishtar (pronounced Easter) don't blindly follow and say what you haven't researched. That can be closely related to the blind leading the blind. I tell you this from a place of love and understanding but I know have the knowledge thx to God. Remember "The kingdom of God is within you" a verse from your Bible. Ask yourself where would God live if not its kingdom? This is only a message, nothing nefarious just benevolence.

I truly started to feel at peace when I STOPPED listening to music that have toxic context (same goes with many TV-shows/serier/movies).
Because if you are surrounded with toxicity, then there’s a huge risk for you to get stuck in a toxic/negative spiral where you lose your true self. In order to connect with your true self, you need to: 1) Observe, 2) learn and 3) act/respond.
1) Observe: Observe and be aware when there’s any toxicity
2) Learn: What did you learn from it? (For example: If you listened to a song that had toxic context, then remove that song)
3) Act/respond: React differently next time (For example: Don’t repeat the toxic thing, next time you don’t put on that toxic song again)
Unless we don’t learn something about the toxicity - toxic content affects our thoughts and emotions negatively, toxicity prevents us from growth and being productive. So we need to replace these toxic patterns with healthy patterns: We need to respond and act the opposite of toxic (we need to respond and act with KINDNESS). Our purpose in life is to live and learn from the mistakes and therefore make this world better and SAFER.
Instead of thinking "Why is this happening to me?" -> think "What can I learn from this?"

I see them everyday in my flat. They stalk me and try to threaten me. But I see at first they look viscous at me and as soon as I expose them. They eyes turns to the side looking behind me at the angel that protects me. They eyes turn away from me with fear. They know they shouldn’t be trying to harm me. So much of them since I was 3 years old. Good spirits I see too. And the energies in people.

I am a classical pianist, some of us in my family have the "music gene'. I have perfect pitch and have studied beyond school, frequencies. I have a type of synesthesia and i see sound moving upward from about chest high, sometimes i see the music move left to right that is about 2-3 feet from me at six inches above my head.
I have always said we each have a frequency by which God knows us. The frequency was given at the origin of our own Soul/Mind that incarnates to Earth in a new human each life but we keep the sound and the body entones it as well.
