I've frequently seen that most of the time vegetables such as bean sprout, long beans, and many other kinds of beans, even chillies bought by street food makers don't usually get washed before use. I like to eat lot chhar very much, but after witnessing this, I almost never eat it again. Banh cheo sold at the market as well, the vegetables didn't get cleaned properly and people with weak stomach will surely get stomach ache after eating it. Sincerely hope that the people here will pay more attention to how they prepare the food, better hygiene for consumers.
