It's very simple. we have a large population which need job and we never tried to develop a full fledged industrial system to provide them jobs so they are forced to work in agriculture sector and in unorganized sector of economy. only call centers and it industry isn't enough to provide everyone a job and that was the goal of UPA to achieve. now when modi tried to bring global manufacturers to India under the banner of Make In India con-gress mocked it. He fails obviously because we have no support system for those manufacturers here. but chinese virus and aggression on borders came with another opportunity and i think Modi wants to grab it because if not now then it'll be very late for us.
