I have a Note 8 sm950u android 9 When i do the initial 3 wrong attempts to lock sim to puk it says 'PIN BLOCKED, TO UNLOCK YOUR DEVICE CONTACT YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER' EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY ... And gives options to make an emergency call or SOS, WHAT DO I DO??

I need help my phone is locked and I forgot the password or it won't work I don't know what non active sim means does it mean not using a carrier and or a brand new one? Cause I might have a old one lying around and I can sim lock the card on my iPad but it's dead right now and is there a new update my phone shows grey arrows and second screen from start the one where you skip does not appear thank you.

Sajid Ali if you could get into settings then just set up a face lock + pattern then restart phone and use that pattern to bypass FRP

There are other ways to do it as well. One of them is via Computer and flashing some files.

Help Point new method for November 2019 is now available. That will do your Note 10 as well
note 9 sept can but s10 cannot
Then you have to downgrade firmware to August and than bypass FRP with my videos.
