Love these cards, the heart is my favorite shape as well. I love hearts so much that my dream diamond for my engagement ring was a heart shape. My husband didn't get me that for our engagement because he couldn't find one in our small town. But for my birthday one year he had arranged with a local jeweler to get a heart shaped diamond, so They traded my round in for my dream heart. I guess I am keeping him!! Love = hearts♥
Did you know that if you use your stencil pal in the other direction (flat side on the paper, rounded side in your palm), you can usually get good coverage in just 1-2 swipes? Just if you wanted to give it a try.
I love these cards! You suggested someone could do the first of a two step stencil set in paste then use paste for the second set too. I’m my experience this doesn’t work at all. The raised paste from the first step keeps the second step from sitting on the paper so the paste smooshes under the second stencil. Mess galore! You could die cut more layers of the xoxoxo instead of using fiddly foam tape!
