john ross has a good head on his shoulders. been impressed with him sharing all his self-reflection since he retired. also glad BG was honest with us. we knew it, but to hear the longest tendered philly athlete say so was cool. saquon is drooling already. hungry dogs run faster. this squads gonna make noise. no doubt.

@ronaldsherrod9643 so diet is a big part of it, so know what your calorie maintenance is, take about 100 off and don't go more than 400 or 500 less than that. You want to try to eat the amount of protein you want your weight to be and 80%ish of that needs to be your carbs. Fat content I would say 25 percent of the body weight you want to be. So for me I'm 6'4 eating about 2000 cals, 200 grams of protein, 180 carbs, 50 fat, and also make sure to get enough fiber in I'd say anywhere from 15 to 25 grams.
Then for the easy part working out, I do a 4 day split
Day 1 chest and triceps between 9 and 12 sets and go to failure
Day 2 shoulders and abs, 9 and 12 sets
Day 3 back and biceps again 9 to 12 sets
Day 4 legs and abs 9 to 12 sets
Make sure to get in a good 1 mile run in too either after the work out or in the am. Whenever you get time just don't do it before the workout

There is a such thing as having too much talent. We addressed LB and brought CJ back... people don't understand how plug and play the NFL is not, we can't go from guys who lead the league in interceptions... to 4th round picks. Don't get me wrong sometimes late round picks turn out great, but let's all be realistic...if Nolan Smith can give us 8-10 sacks...we are in business. 15-2 isn't a stretch

You are on point, but we will do it in a different way... Saquon and Jalen running the ball makes defenses get tired...and runs time off the clock... and keeps the other QB off the field. But I wouldn't be opposed to giving AJ and Smitty chances at the ball. If they get enough targets, they will both be over 1200 yards... someone will set a new record this year...

Word is from several reporters hurts is struggling we need to talk about that as eagles fan he didn’t run a pro style offense in college now and we barely ran plays from under center now were adding more to his plate and he isn’t doing well and struggling that’s crazy
I touched on it a little in this video. I will more. I think it’s a very overrated thing to say about a QB this time of year. Unlike some of those other positions where it’s covering or running routes it’s so hard to know what he is working on. Think of a pitcher in spring training getting rocked then gets to the season and is lights out. Why did he struggle? Cause he was working on a new pitch. I think with QB this time of year we don’t know what he is working on. Are they making him work on foot work? Read certain things before his throw? Changing his throwing motion? Until we know these things it’s hard to know. So I think it’s way overboard. Easier to see a wr one one one get open or a db to break up a pass. Just my opinion.

These camps are to get players use to everyone in the staff and to work on things that can give them mental reps. You work on things during thus time to get you ready for the season, so if there is any issues during the season they can have a recall of what should be done.
I have been saying with all those player on the back end of the D this might be routating players to keep them fresh throughout the season like they do with the D line. This also was a issue last year with all the injuries thay happened during the season in the secondary. They was looking around the NFL to see if they could get players to help because of injuries. I like thay they have so many back there that want to compete to be the starter, since that could make them better.

The Jets probably knew he wanted a new contract but they probably thought like you and Joey. He would just play on his current deal and it wouldn't be an issue. Like I told y'all back then, Reddick was not going to be ok playing on that deal and we would be dealing with this right now instead of the Jets. It's not a headache or distraction... don't have slave mentality when it comes to brothers getting paid like they are supposed to. Reddick took a discount to come home and play. He is worth every penny, but Howie couldn't commit resources like that because of his age. He's on the wrong side of 30, and Howie fleeced the Jets. Not that Reddick is a locker room cancer or anything like that, but Howie knew that Reddick will perform... he's 10 sacks every year... and that's worth the money, but the Ski Mask Howie part of it all. Is Howie stole Huff for a cheaper deal, and will get draft capital from the Reddick deal. Once the Jets work a deal with Reddick he will put up 10 sacks, and our conditional pick gets higher. First off All he was playing injured. Therefore his play making abilities look like it did ☑️ And Secondly the coaches limited the offense and were generic calling plays! (Players came forth and confirmed this) Last but not least Jalen Hurts Don't play on defense! Eagles were horrible tackling, pass defense, and special teams!!! In conclusion All those areas were addressed including FIRING THE COACHES 💯
Jalen Healthy and Saquon will take over the running which will keep our QB healthy. WE ARE GOING TO HAVE A BREAK OUT YEAR!!!
