I have been a Christian for 40 years and I have never put together the timeline of the Bible. The importance cannot be overstated. I wish I would have understood this 40 years ago. It would have been so much easier to understand the Old Testament if I had this knowledge earlier in life. Thank you for posting this lesson!

On my own, I am studying the minor and major prophets. I need to incorporate the historical politics of the time to truly get an understanding of each message. This video was very helpful! I enjoy your historical teaching in each of your classes. It is invaluable to any lay person.

When I read in Ezra 1:1 the Jeremiah prophecy, I was totally lost seeing that the book of Jeremiah was so much later. That started my search to get a timeline account of the prophets. I'm so glad I stumbled upon this teaching of yours. I'm sure the Holy Spirit led me here. I immediately subscribed and cannot wait to get into more of your teachings. Thank you so much. history is extremely interesting subject, i come accross this video by chace and found it very informative. i had always remained curious for the timeline of prophets, it is well explained here :)

I thought Isaiah was a prophet in the line of Judah...?
Your timeline is wrong, for Nehemiah came before Ezra. One example that proves you wrong is in Nehemiah 7:1-4 where it states that when the wall was finished, the houses were not yet built and there were “few” people in the city. To quote a phrase that the Lord Jesus Christ used six times… “Have you not read”?
Ezra states that he returned in the seventh year of Artaxerxes’s reign while Nehemiah says he went in the twentieth year.
Spiritual battles began from some countries.. All Christians of the world must prepare for the tribulations & persecutions that are coming WAKE UP. Were waiting for the appearance of last king of this world period of time 3y & 6m start of counting (BLASPHEMY) and the appearance of prophets of GOD one came from ends of the earth, the isles afar off, the queen of the south having signs, wonders & miracles and have the power to shut the heaven and it rained not in the days of his prophecy (PHILIPPINES)... Psalms 2:8 Isaiah 42:10-12, matthew 12:41-42.. End time PROPHET of GOD with spirit of PROPHET ELIJAH.
