    MR = Magic Ring

    You don’t understand I’m legit crying right now because this is the first time a pattern/walk though has worked for me, not to knock any other finer artists (because let’s be honest it’s def a me issue) but I could never get this pattern to work no matter how many patterns/tutorials I watched and followed along to and now I’ve made three with no issues thank you so much!

    this was super clear! i watched a few others that hadn’t zoomed out enough to explain the big picture, but when you pointed at where to sew the sleeves and back, everything suddenly clicked for me.

    LOVE this tutorial! I am having an issue, where I'm not getting a straight edge. One side is but one side has a slope and I cant figure out the issue. Is anyone else having this problem?

    Hi! Loving the pattern so far, only thing I’m having an issue with is when I fold it in half, I don’t get that right angle. One inside edge is fine and looks nice but the other is beginning to slope outwards and sort of turn out flared?

    Very nice tutorial. Only criticism would be that you didn't clarify what "sew" meant. For a newbie to crochet, they would look at their sewing machine in confusion. Even more experienced crocheter may want to know what method you used (which type of stitch: slip stitch, single crochet, mattress stitch, etc).

    Thank you for sharing this tutorial! I definitely want to try making this asap! Before that could you, or anyone, tell me what kind of yarns did she use in the video? Like the type and size (or maybe brands). I'm afraid toend up buying the wrong ones since I don't really understand about yarns and in my country I can only find big ply cotton to match the size in the video but I think it is too stiff to make clothes with it...

      Hi! I’m so sorry the links don’t work! It’s a medium weight (4) Acrylic yarn! I used a little less than 6 skeins and the yarn has about 252 yards each

    I just I finished one part, and started the second one and realized that I only did 5 clusters in the magic ring and so it doesn’t fold right and now I have to re do the entire thing 😞

    So when I was working Granny squares in my teenage years, we were never told to turn our work between rows. Is there a reason you do it for this cardigan?

      I'm not sure if this was the designer's reason but I was told to turn wheneber you do squares and other pieces where rows are added to the outside because it gets kind of a natural whorl over time otherwise

      In her pattern she said she used 6 skeins and they're 5oz each, about 142g, so about 852g total!

    Those who have long hands. Pls add extra rows for your sleeves. I made this cardigan two times and only hand is the problem. So I'll suggest u to make extra rows.

      Ive used about 500g of weight 4 yarn, however instead of adding 20 on at the end I added 17 instead, so you may need more/less depending on the size

    Anyone not finding it. She uses 1512 yards in worsted weight. The link to most of the places that say dont work from the hobby lobby site. I found one that worked its the yarn bee yarn.

      I know you asked this question a year ago, but in case you’re still interested in making this, my suggestion is to add rows of double crochet to the bottom of it after you make the basic cardigan.

      im doing mine in a light mauve color and navy-turquoise, i feel like it’d be nice. make sure you have lots of yarn tho, i thought 3 skeins would be enough haha
