Left hand: D, be careful, you're walking into a trap!
D: Yes, I know
Ghost wolf attack
D: Damn you! ... Now!! (Punches the wall)
@@Hellstinger Rei: So we meet again, what a remarkable coincidence!
Dorris: I love you!
D: I know...
Lol like a G!
@@kinshayshafra6842 He's such a badass like Dante from Devil May Cry the animation.
the first one. Everything about the first movie conveyed a distant world so far ahead in time that it was alien. The music fit everything perfectly. It didn't have that old west feel like bloodlust. You saw more technology mixed with primitive stuff sprinkled in.
exactly. bloodlust felt very wild west.
4:07 has resonated throughout my entire life. I will always remember this movie and how important it is to me.
One of my favorite sequences from any film ever: D rescuing Doris from Magnus Lee's castle. Absolutely one of the best films of my misspent youth. Thank you for allowing me to re-live this moment. Long Live D!
Agreed!
Your youth wasn't misspent, get on your horse and go outside, have your own adventure
@@animeloverryan85 Yes!
@@animeloverryan85 Yeah or your Sky Ship.
Yeah this track is from the first (and for me) the ONLY vampire hunter D movie that was made. This music was for when D rescues Doris from the count and escapes the castle.
I gotta watch this again!
Wish I could just storm a castle like D, and rescue a beautiful woman.
I hear ya man. Nowadays they throw the hero in jail for that shit.

This whole film was like a fever dream, thick with atmosphere and an excellent soundtrack that overwhelmed only when necessary with 3:35 being a fine example.
what a magnificent weight this soundtrack carries!
this was the first anime i ever saw. i was about 9 years old when i saw it. that was about 18 years ago. bottom line i still love this movie and the sound track.
D is such a badass that he walks right through the front door of Count Lee's castle to rescue Doris. I would have been a little happier if D was the one that took out that flying weirdo instead of Rei Gansei after escaping.
HOLY FUCK! THIS SOUNDTRACK IS AWESOME!
I used to listen to these while reading the books. Despite everything, I always preferred this film over Bloodlust. It had more of the atmosphere I imagined while reading somehow.
This track helped me pay attention to page 154 and 155 of Nightmare Village.
You would know what I'm talking about if you are a huge fan. :)
Is anyone else furious that this track was cut from the 30th anniversary version?
3:35 best part
yesss
"RETURN TO HELL!"
Return to Hell!
Lo e
I lost my brother to suicide on July 3rd. This track is really hitting home.
That's awful. My respects to You and your family. Stay strong.
