This is why I have mudguards on my Brompton. A ride in rain is unpleasant enough in itself, so I don't need an extra attack from the back! Finn. Denmark
We really felt the limits of the three-speed bike. It was doable, but it would have been much more comfortable with a six-speed C version. So changing the gearing on your P line is a good idea!
For finding water, we use the Refill app. This application lists every water fountain in your area, including coffee shops and restaurants that offer free water refills. For navigation, we use the Hammerhead Karoo 2 computer.
thank you. planning as early as now for next years summer. a bit apprehensive as this will be the first time we will go cycling far. hope its not scary as it looks.@@hungarianbromptoneers

I love this video
Was at Llantony Priory Saturday 11/5/24 for the Big Black Mountains Challenge
Hay on Wye and Rhayader are beautiful areas, as are the Marches (The border country between Wales and England)
Stunning and amazing landscapes. This area is worth a visit for a Brompton vacation, will think about it for next year 🤗
great trail did it last year
Inspirational
What a great video again guys. Looks like a beautiful tour, we definitely will take some inspiration out of it. 👍💪💪
Thanks for the kind words! It means a lot.
Wales is incredible. You should definitely give it a try. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
Love this. Inspiring.
Thanks!
Were the 3 speeds ok? I have a 4 speed P Line and was considering changing the gearing for this tour.

did you rent the Bromptons for how many days? and how much is to rent the bikes?
Actually renting Bromptons is quite cheap, just £5 for a day. You can find all information here: bromptonhire.com/
what cycling computer you use to navigate? where do you find water for drinking?
