Now secondly, I am not that much tech expert, but thode who are expiencing restart problem in phone, you guys can try to reset your phone, maybe that could resolve the problem. Thirdly, after watching this video I would like to conclude that, don't guys phone of brands like Micromax, LAVA, POCO (Pixel by Google also). If you want to buy in low budget, I would personally suggest go with brands that are consistent, and are there in India since many years. Brands like Redmi by Xiaomi, Budget phones of realme. You can also go with atleast infinix compared to these phones, as indian brands may provide good specs but we don't know about durability, let them release in the market, and wait for reviews and customer feedback about after sales service. After few years of good feedback, then you may trust them....as its your hard earned money, you guys don't have to just make a review video on that like RUclipsrs, you guys actually use phones for 3-4 years.
I have bought realme pad and realme promised to give Android 12 update in 3rd quarter of 2022 but it's end of june 2023 but still we not getting Android 12. Please talk to realme on behalf of realme pad users 🙏
If you are getting stable experience then Don't worry bhai, in my realme phone when I got A12 it was very horrible experience but after a year when I got A13 the experience became good like A11.

I had bought this phone for my mother and this same problem came in our unit also. One day suddenly the battery started dropping very fast like from 90% to 80% in a matter of seconds and the next day the battery was swollen and he cover had come off. And then we got the battery replaced from a local store and now it's working like before with no issues.

I have also faced that battery 🔋 swelling issue, don't got any support from Micromax and had to get it replaced from a local mechanic by third party battery...utterly disappointed ☹️
My in note 1 battery was swollen and back panel was coming out that to in just 8-9 month of light usage. I went to service centre they were asking for 1500rs to replace battery. I said phone is in warranty how can you charge for repair or replacement of part. After 5 minutes of conversation they agreed to replace battery but they took almost 15-20 days to replace battery. Now its almost 1.5 yr after battery replacement phone is still running well and no battery issues till now. But there are no software updates from Micromax. But software is well optimised for day to day basic usage so no complaints for that.
I had micromax. Worked 6 months then started showing over heating n switching off... went to service centre. They kept it for 2 months n gave back. Worked for 3 weeks n problem came back. They took it back. This time kept it for 3 months n gave back. Problem again came back in a month. By then 1 yr got over n they said warranty period over. So basically in 1 yr service centre kept it for more than 5 months . Never bought micromax again
I am using Micromax In Note 1 and am facing many problems. 1. When I plug the phone for charging the charging icon not shows and mA in Ampere is negative. 2. The charging is very slow. It takes about 4-5 hours to increase 50%. 3. It charges slowly till 60% and after that the speed gradually decreases to the point that it takes an hour to charge from 79% to 80%. After 80, it will not increase. During Power off, it shows that the phone is charging. Now the main point. About 3 months ago this phone's Power IC and Charging IC stopped working so both of them was changed. I saw him changing Power IC but not the Charging IC (went twice to his shop). So I don't know ih he really did it. The above problems still persists. Has anyone faced this problem before.

Customer care ne service center jane ko kaha mgr alag alag service center me micromax ne chor daku bitha rakhe hain..
Warranty period me unhone fuli battery badalne se mana kar diya...
i just bought in 2b and the 4gb varient but the phone is lagging and sometimes the phone get restart automatically and battery backup is getting lower by day by day it's like 7 months since i brought the micromax in 2b but i am dissapointed

Problem sabhi brand ke saath hai. Samsung watch 4 a ip68 certified smartwatch ke andar dust ghusa gaya during warranty period they asked me to pay. Aur realme x7 max use kar raha tha heat jyada hua toh adhe display nikal gaye I mean ek glu sa hota hai woh ye bhi warranty cover up nahi hua. Doglapan ho Kahan Raha hai 😂

I have also faced that battery 🔋 swelling issue, don't got any support from Micromax and had to get it replaced from a local mechanic by third party battery...utterly disappointed ☹️

My in note 1 battery was swollen and back panel was coming out that to in just 8-9 month of light usage. I went to service centre they were asking for 1500rs to replace battery. I said phone is in warranty how can you charge for repair or replacement of part. After 5 minutes of conversation they agreed to replace battery but they took almost 15-20 days to replace battery. Now its almost 1.5 yr after battery replacement phone is still running well and no battery issues till now. But there are no software updates from Micromax. But software is well optimised for day to day basic usage so no complaints for that.
Thankfully I bought Redmi 9i instead of that😅
I had micromax. Worked 6 months then started showing over heating n switching off... went to service centre. They kept it for 2 months n gave back. Worked for 3 weeks n problem came back. They took it back. This time kept it for 3 months n gave back. Problem again came back in a month. By then 1 yr got over n they said warranty period over. So basically in 1 yr service centre kept it for more than 5 months . Never bought micromax again
I am using Micromax In Note 1 and am facing many problems.
1. When I plug the phone for charging the charging icon not shows and mA in Ampere is negative.
2. The charging is very slow. It takes about 4-5 hours to increase 50%.
3. It charges slowly till 60% and after that the speed gradually decreases to the point that it takes an hour to charge from 79% to 80%. After 80, it will not increase.
During Power off, it shows that the phone is charging.
Now the main point. About 3 months ago this phone's Power IC and Charging IC stopped working so both of them was changed. I saw him changing Power IC but not the Charging IC (went twice to his shop). So I don't know ih he really did it. The above problems still persists.
Has anyone faced this problem before.
