The one thing I notice with other phone brands outside of Samsung, Google, and Apple is that they don't seem to care if the phone gets as hot as it wants and are very subtle in the thermal throttling department. I mean, at one point, it literally hit 90°C!!! Gaming PCs don't even do that! They usually target 80°C at the most. So as much as I hate how aggressive Samsung is with thermal throttling, at least I know my phone will last a long time. There's no way this Xiaomi would last long with frequent gaming sessions going above 70°C. I will say though, I think Samsung would benefit from raising the thermal throttling threshold to 60°C rather than the current 50°C.
Desktop pc dont get that hot since theres no need to usually. But laptops go over 100. And it will do just fine, i played genshin since release on op7 and battery gets to 45 and cpu over 70 for more than 3 years now. Nothing other than battery degradation.

Yeah, but Xiaomi doesn't seem to have much of a thermal throttling threshold. Samsung's would also do better if they let it get as hot as it wanted, but they don't allow it for longevity reasons.
bro wtf, How does this monster from Xiaomi produce such results at such a processor temperature? If you do not take into account the pure power and speed of operation, it seems to have done it even better than the usual 8g3 😂

Hi. I just discover your channel. It will be nice if you do gaming testing in two ways. 1 part while holding the phone (handicam) like this one and make it smaller size. 2 part record the gameplay from inside the game. Therefore, it is clear when the fps drops. The experience is better this way, imo.
just worth mentioning, on my turbo 2 it performs better if the game settings remain untouched for example in game turbo it remains balanced and no "ultimate mode" or in my case "performance mode" should be on
