Right the best tip is to LEAVE YOIUR HAIR ALONE! People ask how I cut and grow my hair so much. Wigs, braids, etc. People big chop and wanna experiment with this and that. Girl leave that hair alone! Get the basics and keep it moving. Wasting all that money on products and time&a energy
I didn’t use heat for months and I kept trimming my hair and my hair grew back to its original length but healthier in a couple of months and I use black castor oil every other day and it helped my hair grow a lot over 2weeks
