I see it working as a patchbay for analog gear and working as an audio interface is a plus …… get your $$ preamp into the converter , route any of the outputs to an headphones amp then u can record with this. Ferrofish 8AE is a similar new device but it won’t get you audio into usb so you need to buy an interface with adat to get the audio to your daw.
