I agree with Local Man, the only person to be blamed for this is Davido because he ought to have known this guy from the onset and learned his lesson when he insulated him in the past. Whatever Zlatan said to Portable over the phone didn't really matter. Portable could have taken it as a joke and laughed it off. But Davido who is their Boss was supposed to play more maturity and continue with his deal with Portable. Portable is the most immature person in that room, so no one should ever take him seriously. But if he doesn't change his attitude, he won't get very far in his career.
Here's my candid advice to Davido. Since he loves to show the world that he's a nice guy, let him get on with his deal with Portable and give him whatever he has promised. Ignoring him and not fulfilling his promises only makes him look bad. Portable has just said that the likes of Olamide and Skepta helped him and moved on without making a noise. So let Davido complete his business deal with Portable and allow Karma to take care of him.

Adams is 100% correct in my own view. Local Man, you should no one Yoruba adage, let me write it in English. The adage says the ear of the owner of matter/word is always deaf. Zlatan only save Davido's ears from being deaf to his own word/matter. Zlatan is right. Davido has been forgiving Portable and overlooking, and its not about not fulfilling his promise, nobody will want to help somebody you know he or she is insulting you behind and then your friend in your presence. Even if that help means nothing to you by doing it, withholding it is a way of letting that person know the principles of life. Davido is not God, it is God that meets people's need, Portable can look for his help somewhere. Davido allowed the mess, if 30BG are angry with Davido, it means they are now reasoning in the right way now. Outside Music, there is a wide gap between Davido and Portable.
