Heavy Equipment Wash and Rinse Facility

Designed, engineered, and installed by Riveer, this turnkey, heavy-duty wash facility features deep excavation for large volume tanks and structures, including a collection basin that allows for 16,000 gallons of separator capacity and over 100 yards of mud.
Capable of cleaning extremely muddy vehicles weighing up to 250,000 pounds, the building features 30 foot by 40 foot doors rated for high winds, extreme cold, and continuous water exposure. 50 FPM airflow removes mist with offset operating room for personnel so they can stay out of the wet spaces when the equipment is running, but still watch over the operations.
The spray containment booth has two washing zones, one automated for equipment up to 80 foot long and one manual for detailed cleaning and dry-off. The demucking system has up to 3200 GPM of heated water for thorough cleaning of equipment which may have 25,000# of frozen mud to remove.
