The motor overload auxiliary contact was meant to be a NC contact i assume ? I am drawing a ladder diagram of your wiring circuit for practice . Really great video. Hi, this is a standard. This way you can use links to connect motort in star ( U1,V1,W1 linked) or in delta (U1-V2, V1-W2, W1-U2)
