It is easy to forget just how willing Garithos is to use inhumans as front line infantry, considering that the largest army you see Garithos field was in a secret optional mission.
4:32 That's the proper way of using non-human mercenaries not betraying and killing them, after all, Lord Garithos can still use them to fight the undead, and can be used as meatshields. Not only Lord Garithos is strong but he's logical as well unlike a certain traitor prince.

At least Garithos is shrewd enough to know that he needs all the help he can get against the Undead, even with non-humans. Although he will probably use them as cannon fodder so they die as soon as possible lol
Grand Marshal Lord Garithos may hate non-humans, but he isn't insane enough to waste his fortune by getting the mercenaries he hired, killed aimlessly. He's professional at his work, as he should always be!

A lot of people forget that Frostmourne gives complete control over the undead and Arthas only fell to its corruption because he was already far more evil than necessary.
