Stanislav Olshanskyi Natalia Matsak Ballet Don Quixote Cannes

On July 27, 2023, the National Opera of Ukraine performed the ballet "Don Quixote" at the Cannes Palais des Festivals. The principal roles were performed by Stanislav Olshansky, the principal dancer of the Miami City Ballet and former soloist of the National Opera of Ukraine, and Nataliya Matsak, the prima ballerina of the National Opera of Ukraine. This ballet, set to the music of Ludwig Minkus, is considered one of the masterpieces of the classical repertoire. The choreography in the Ukrainian production is based on the original work of Marius Petipa, but presented in the revision by Viktor Litvinov.
Le 27 juillet 2023, l'Opéra national d'Ukraine a présenté le ballet "Don Quichotte" au Palais des Festivals de Cannes.
