- Stock analysis is necessary before investing in Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). In this video I discussed introduction to financial statement analysis of a public limited company before buying shares of that company and stock market analysis. There are four important parts of financial statements such as Balance sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Cash flow or notes to accounts. We calculate different ratios to analyse stock/share of a particular company before investing in PSX. Moreover, I discussed Earning Per Share or EPS in detail in this video. Earning Per Share (EPS) is calculated by dividing net income of a company with total shares of the company. Higher the EPS ratio means company is performing better than other companies while lower the EPS ratio shows company is underperforming in the stock market.
This video is in urdu/hindi language and it is a first video of a series how to invest in stocks trading on Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
