Correction........ M2 is not a broad money as it consider M1+ DD bank cannot do the main lending programmes M3 is broad money as it consider M1+TD

As madam told that the whole amount on saving A/c can't be withdrawn at a time when required. It has certain transaction limits. So M2 is less narrower than M1.
