Since I do not know much About strawberries, to be honest, I know nothing else except enjoying them, you just got a new subscriber 😜 At the beginning of March '24, I should receive many, many of the variety which produces fruit several times during the year. I forgot the name of it. I' ll have a look at your strawberry video(s) and hope that i will get some infos about them. The next step will be: just work and enjoy. A little seawater (or sea salt dissolved in water) 3 times every 2 weeks before harvest increases sweetness of all fruits.
That makes sense. Mineralization creates flavor and sea salt has dissolved minerals. Thank you for sharing!
