    Thank you for the information. Does the price include 1 parking space? Can you provide an estimate regarding the HOA, or any other fees associated with the unit upon turnover?

      Hi! Just like any other condo, parking slots are sold separately. That’s why Zadia’s proximity to the highway makes it very accessible and commuter-friendly. HOA dues is the same across the area (approx. 100 pesos/sqm).
