    a red light may not seem helpful when you want to get somewhere quick, but you won't get anywhere if you end up in a wreck. a traffic sign saying 2000 miles to your destination at first makes you feel like you're never going to get there, but as you keep driving the distance gets shorter and shorter, and then you start looking forward to the signs. great video brian, thanks for your hard work

      0:16 This was addressed in the first few seconds of talking. "Trauma is the manifestation of faulty beliefs.".. believing that something is far away and a long journey, you manifested "being 2000 miles away.".

    Hi Brian I would greatly appreciate your thoughts on ‘Ego death’. (Like what is ego? Is it good or bad? Or is it just a perception? Why are we afraid to lose it and what happens after we do? I think I have recently experienced it for a few years now since 2020, and after really thinking of why I have been acting different I realized that I may have been grieving my old self. However I do feel free like I can chose to be anything now but get anxious with the amount of possibilities of who I can become. I do feel like I have a choice to get back to my old self like as if I have looked at in from a different perspective of how good it was and that I wasn’t fully aware of, but at the same time I feel like I have experienced this because there’s something even greater that’s coming my way, like from all the things I’ve been wanting for and maybe had to be pulled a way to get ready for it.) This would mean so much!😄

      Thank for your comment. I always like to clarify this one. Ego is a word that confuses many people and I don't use it. It simply means your faulty belief image of your self which tells you things about yourself and life that are simply erroneous and out of alignment with who you really are and how life really works. It leaves you not feeling great about yourself in one way or another, that you are not good enough in some way or not deserving etc. One of the big things of my teachings to is help people strip those layers off and return to our natural self so we know who we are and our importance in this universe, and what we came for. We want to get back to knowing our self, the wholeness of who we are, our natural gifts and talents and ways we want to express them, the passion we have to express them. We want to reconnect with the fact that we are the creator of our reality in conjunction with other universal elements that are fully in support of us and in the best ways when our vibration is high. So death of the ego is a very good thing, it means you have deactivated faulty beliefs about yourself and are now living as your true self. Virtually all of us grow up and get that layer over our true self that has us trying to live in some way that is not our natural way and it's time we all get rid of it, it's a very defeating layer of junk that holds us away from the good life we came for.

    The only thing I seem to have picked up (bad habit) is that when negative/lower vibrational energies arrive, my brain immediately starts thinking that something bad is coming towards me. I have observed this multiple times already. Is that a defence mechanism? Or a sloppy mindset?

      You are welcome. Well, we don't mean to be, but we we grow up with a sloppy mindset and thus what my content is all about getting back to being focused and intentional with our powerful thinking mind. A great way to deal with that is to train your brain by saying, oh, great a negative emotion, my guidance system is working perfectly, I love that, now before any negative momentum gets going I will reach for a better feeling thought. At that point you can use the statement, wait, now, that thought is not true, what is true is . . . and have that conversation for a minute or 2. If you are solid with the Creative Process it will be very easy for you to identify why a negative feeling thought is not accurate and what is the accurate perspective. If you will train this little response by using it repetitively, it will become a habit and it will serve you very very well not only in the present moment and to break that current habit but also to displace all faulty beliefs in this way. A little focus can go a long way, very powerful.

      We spend 16 hours with family and at the office .
      Family has opinion, expectations, quarrels .
      Office has work pressure, politics , uncertainty and criticism

      By changing your opinion of how you think they see you, same with as anything else you need to turn your perception of how they think they see you and they will then change in your life, it's hard to at first but see yourself as you want people to see you and it will eventually manifest

    A good friend of mine gets bullied at work, he gets passively agressively harassed. He really needs help he takes the bad energy with him and it affects his health badly.
    I do suggestes him to analyse every bad bully or opinion about him thinking " this person is trying to harass me, so his life isn't perfect then" do u maybe know any tips or techniques to get positive emotions. He cant leave his job

      What is very valuable to know is that the world around us including the people, they are all reflections of our energy, in this way they are not doing anything to us, they are actually helping us to know what we got going on. In the case of being bullied, that is totally about low self worth, self acceptance, self image . . . it comes back in this way and other ways of disrespect and lack of appreciation. What your friend wants to work on is the self worth factor, learning about their natural perfection, worthiness, value and importance. They can do this a couple of ways and one would be to learn about how naturally valuable they are as a human being so they start appreciating and respecting themselves and see their value, know their value and worth and this vibrational change will start to stop the invitation of the bullies. One thing people do for this is join a martial arts class, not to learn to fight but to learn self worth, self respect. It feels good to learn / accomplish something where you feel good about yourself.
      It's also helpful to know about energy when people are verbally bullying because you can say things like, oh thanks for sharing your point of view and this keeps one from feeling attacked especially when you know that the bully is having a negative conversation with the law of attraction who will give that negative back to them, oh yes the bullies have to pay for their deeds , the law of attraction makes sure of it. This perspective tends to be very helpful.       By realizing they are only gone in body and if you stay high vibe you can actually still communicate with them in a little different way, life is eternal, and also accepting that we only come for a period of time into a body and then we return to our pure positive energy state, it's just a natural cycle of coming in and out, kind of like putting a glove on and taking it off. Way to much is made of transition from the body, it's much more of a celebration than what we are taught and it's just odd to have negative emotion over it, totally a faulty belief. In a playful way I say this, if they could come back for a minute, they would kick you in the pants and say get with it, nothing is gone wrong here, get on with life, you came to enjoy it and I am still here, in fact I will be helping you if you are high vibe to receive it. You see life is so much different in so many ways when learn the real truth of life, it just feels so much better and easier.     How do you deal with being surpassed by others and having jealousy (not envy)

      Im having it too bro, feels so depressing, I hate the fact that Im feeling jealous, incompetence I think.
      I also feel horrible from the jealousy itself, like why cant I have it, I dont want other not to have things, but I want myself to have things

      By knowing others cannot surpass you. When you realize you are the independent Creator of your reality, and be, do and have what you want, no matter what others are doing, and also you are unique with unique gifts and talents and unique ways to express them, then there is no competition for anything, life is all about creating the way you want it. I highly suggest my book, The Book of Life it will totally change your outlook and attitude about this which will for sure be a rising of your vibration as completely let go of the jealousy and any other negative vibes around this area of life. You will find yourself rejoicing in the success of others which will increase your vibration even more and you will find yourself having more of what you want.
